Yuma Dermatology Skin Cancer Center - Keith M. Gross, M.D.

My husband and I had a visit with Dr. Gross in Yuma. He was friendly, efficient and professional. He did not waste time with trivial talk, so he didn't get behind in his schedule. His staff was also very good.

Only worse than their scheduling set is trying to pay them. You want to pay online? Forget it! You want to pay with a credit card in the office? They don't use any computers in their office... Oh, they'll send you an email so you can sign up to pay online. Nope, that's just to check your statements. Fine drive down to the office to pay him. Oh nope, they're closed that day. Hope they took a 3-hour lunch. I would rather cut a mole off by myself with a potato peeler then ever have to talk to these people again. There's a reason why they have nothing but one star reviews, go someplace else

Will never return to this office and Dr gross. Found him to be very cold and was not patient friendly at all....felt like I was not important enough to answer questions. His assistant j Ocampo was fantastic helpful and so caring. My family will follow her to her new Dermatologist!

My husband was referred to this clinic. I would have given zero stars, but not available. They are very antiquated. They have no computer system per their office manager. They scheduled my husband as a returning patient. Although he told him he had a referral as a new patient, when he arrived at the office, they argued with him that he had told them he was a returning patient which he did not. The office manager is the one that scheduled him and the one that argued with him at the front desk as well. She first said they didn’t see pts that early in the morning. Then said that they already had a "new pt" at 8:30 so that made them " double booked". he will not reschedule as a new pt due to front desk staff. That was money walking out the door. Although, he has Medicare and supplement and they may not get paid well. Double booking is never a patents fault - you accommodate and move on.

I’ve been going there for awhile and I scheduled a new apt. And it was 3 days out which was good. They called me the day prior and changed my apt. Time. I called them back and said I need to change the date then. Because I changed the date, they put me 2 weeks until my next apt. She said because I cancelled. No wonder the bad reviews. I’ve found another Dr. Now with better reviews.

I waited almost 3 weeks for an appointment gave my insurance information over the phone then when I get here to the office they tell me they can't accept my insurance because I have a primary insurance which is anthem Blue Cross Blue shield and ahccs cost containment insurance and that makes me out of network they could have told me that over the phone 3 weeks ago very unprofessional I gave one star because I had to otherwise they would have got zero

The most troubling part of all these situations here, is the lady called Dr. Gross to inform him how concerning the rash is how we had been told by our physicians that only a dermatologist can help with this. She came back on the phone and said Dr Gross said it is to big for him. Just wondering why for Dr Gross to look at the rash and send in a sample of the rash for testing would be to big of a job, when this is what a dermatologist is specialized in. All this because a few hours before appointment they have to cancel because pa is gone until Friday day! I explained the urgency and also told her it has taken months of waiting to get this appointment and it was supposed to be with Dr Gross! This is unacceptable we expected better from a professional.
