Absolutely disgraceful experience. This is, without a doubt, the worst medical office I’ve ever encountered. The front desk staff is not just unprofessional, they’re downright rude. One receptionist actually raised her voice at me for simply requesting my medical records. Her excuse was that she was "by herself and overwhelmed." That’s unacceptable. Patients shouldn’t be punished for the clinic’s inability to staff properly. I was six minutes late to one appointment because I had a C-section just six days earlier and struggled to find parking. The lot was full, and walking wasn’t easy, yet the staff showed zero empathy and canceled my appointment without hesitation. No grace, no basic human decency. I’ve requested my medical records multiple times, left messages, and no one has ever bothered to call me back. When I finally spoke up about the poor communication, they were unbelievably rude, dismissive, and defensive. Months later, I still don’t have my records. To top it all off, they constantly rescheduled my appointments, but hold patients to a strict 6-minute policy. The double standard is laughable. There’s also no communication between providers, so if you see multiple practitioners, expect chaos. The doctor was fine, but this clinic is run so poorly, it completely overshadows everything else. It’s disorganized, insensitive, and careless. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else and save yourself the stress and wasted time.

I’m disappointed to leave a 1-star review, especially because my previous visit to this office was great—the help desk and intake staff were kind, and my last doctor was excellent. However, my recent appointment with Dr. George Lovett was extremely disappointing and honestly quite shocking. From the moment he entered the room, the experience felt rushed and impersonal. He didn’t introduce himself, and his tone was abrupt and dismissive. One of the first things he said was, "Where is the mole located?"—with no greeting or context. The entire appointment lasted maybe three minutes, during which he mostly talked at me, asking only yes-or-no questions and not allowing for much conversation or clarification. I later noticed his name and photo on a poster at the front desk, which was the first time I knew who he even was. If I had known in advance, I would have looked up his reviews—his low rating, unfortunately, aligns with my experience. My advice: always ask which doctor you’ll be seeing ahead of time so you can do your research. I’ll be scheduling my next dermatology appointment elsewhere, with a different provider.

When Camille Roberts was there she and the whole office were great and highly efficient. Then suddenly she disappeared at the end of 2024 and nobody would say where she went or why. The office has the same phone number, but everyone is different now. And it is the most disorganized place I’ve ever experienced. Multiple calls are needed to get anything done. Don’t get frustrated, try another practice. I did.

Dr. Roberts is always a pleasure to see. She’s outgoing, concerned & gets to work. But she always takes the time to put her patients at ease & answer any questions. Easy to talk to & is happy to listen to your input & share her opinion. She’s great!

I went to see Meghan for a full body check up. She makes me feel very comfortable with her cheery demeanor. She is very thorough and names everything she is looking at and assures you that this is normal. I had a tiny spot removed and it was quick a fairly painless. The whole visit was quick. Very little time waiting see her. I would recommend her highly.

This is a professional office with great staff and Meghan put me at ease right away. She explained everything perfectly and I knew exactly what was happening and exactly what course of action we would take to get the best results. I am impressed with the practice and I recommend them without hesitation.

Dr.Roberts and her staff are exceptionally terrific. Helpful, knowledgeable, efficient ... The office is spectacularly clean, the nurses/ receptionists kind and caring. Whether for routine care or a skin concern, this office is so customer friendly and eases one's fears. Love them all
