I had a great experience at Commonwealth Dermatology. The office itself is beautiful, directions were easy to follow, and there was plenty of parking available. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. Shay, who assisted me before my appointment, was incredibly kind, respectful, and made me feel comfortable right away. Haley, the nurse who treated me, was amazing she took the time to give me helpful skincare tips and worked with me to create a clear, realistic plan toward healthier skin. I truly felt listened to and supported. Highly recommend this practice!

I love going to Commonwealth Dermatology. The staff are kind and friendly. I love my provider, he listens and always made me feel heard. Makes me laugh and my kids love going with me to get their skin care stock up. They are friendly and make my kids feel welcome and is always scoping out the new items for them. I recommend them to anyone looking for a Dermatologist!!

2/6/26 so Sabrina is still on maternity leave I saw a review on here from 10 months ago that said the same thing so I called to question that the rep told me to hold on for management because she could not answer that question, also the male Dr here named Darren I hear he does not like to check female patients who have any skin issue in the private area, I’m never heard of a DOCTOR who turns down a patient because they have a vagina. This office is a joke. Don’t go here I cancelled because they have a lot of fake reviews you can tell.

Love Commonwealth Dermatology! Darren listens and respects my concerns and usually has a few options of how to address my concerns! The medical assistants are also very attentive and great ti work with! I highly recommend!

Commonwealth Dermatology was fantastic. I arrived very late because I got lost but I was fortunate enough to be squeezed into their busy schedule. From start to finish, the entire staff was excellent. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a good dermatologist.

This place ruined me I wish I could give this place 5 stars, like I see many others doing, but I didn't have that "luxury" or luck. I came to this place 4 months ago, in September, after a food allergy reaction... I had a black spot near my mouth, something imperceptible. The professional who treated me prescribed two creams to apply to my face (hydrocortisone and Vtema). After 4 days, I ended up in the emergency room with my whole face burned. I regret it every time I remember, I never imagined my face would look like this... I'm consulting an esthetician who is helping me with chemical peels to see if one day my skin will return to normal... Please, you should study black skin better before prescribing any medication... I did some research and saw that Vtema is a strong medication and should not be used on black skin, especially on the face... I am writing this review mainly so that black women have the opportunity to question whether they really need to consult a professional who doesn't understand much about our skin... and to the nurse who treated me, Hayley Koch I hope you learn more from this and do more research and studies on black skin before prescribing any medication that could ruin someone's life...

Darren Racht, PA is not only caring but very supportive and knowledgeable. He found my melanoma on a routine skin check and took immediate action and educated me on the following steps to take. That was 17 years ago! 🙏 I still do routine skin checks every 6 months with Darren. The staff are all very nice too!
