Dr. Abbass engaged me in 'thinking out loud' while she examined my skin for any suspicious moles or growths. This allowed me to follow her thinking and engage her productively with any of my history that is relevant to her interpretation. In addition, the exam room assistant was incredibly efficient and good. The Front reception person likewise was top notch. Thank you for being you!

Dr. Abbas took the time to really look at my problem and provide a diagnosis that none of my previous dermatologists arrived at. Because I am not Caucasian, my problem presents itself a little differently and Dr. Abbas was aware of that. I am hopeful that the treatment will take care of issues that I have struggled with for many years.

DO NOT come here if you are pregnant. This is the type of office that will require you to go to your OB regardless of the issue you are having. I ended up in incredible pain for weeks because I wasn't able to get the care I needed.

Shelly Weedon is wonderful! She is professional, competent and knowledgeable. I never feel rushed and she always takes time to answer any questions I may have.

6/1/24: Final received my med after 3 weeks. It was my first visit because my wife really liked this office and Shelly Weedon P.A. The entire staff was wonderful and professional. Shelly was as good as my wife described. Now, what should have been an easy 5 stars review... Shelly was nice enough to provide a 14 day starter pack on one of the new medications prescribed. This medicine required a "Prior-Authorization". No big deal, right? It has been over 2 weeks since my appointment. I have called the office twice and left a message through my Patient Portal. I even contacted my Drug Insurance Company and was told that they have not received any Prior Authorization for this medicine, but it would be covered as soon as they receive the authorization. I was told someone from Shelly's office would call me back, but no one has called. I am out of my medicine now. What should have been a very easy Prior Authorization process from ALL my other health care providers has been a time-consuming nightmare. This office's Prior-Authorization process is horrible!!!
