The ambience was so lovely, but what truly stood out was the staff. They are absolutely top tier. Everyone was so attentive and genuinely caring. They don’t just make you feel comfortable — they make you feel safe, heard, and truly taken care of. As a new walk-in client, I felt completely welcomed with open arms. I been coming here off and on first time was a great experience with Aaron then I got a new lady by the name of Gisele so sweet loved her work the first time , I’m always given false promises of prices and it seems that if I complain I get crappy off brand injections / anyway was there yesterday it’s 6 am I couldn’t sleep last night number 1 my face looks like hell - nothing like before although I asked to do the same exact thing all the filler on my lip is made a mustache on top of my lip it purely escaped . It’s not the same stuff - I use Hylouronic injections and this was not the same stuff I have shall bears everywhere around my mouth my nose is flat my forehead from the botox is got poke holes all over lumps abd I’m bruised all over I am totally disappointed and after paying the price you better believe I will not be back to this place again EVER!!! I looked 10x better when I walked in . Save your money go eisewgere do your research . My injector is a wonderful lady but she cart do the same thing twice . Unfortunately - place is not consistent with prices either abd it’s very annoying . Don’t say you will match prices and don’t . Last pic is how I looked before I went in . STAY AWAY FROM THAT PLACE

I can't recommend this place enough to men and women who want kind, considerate estheticians/nurses who have your best interests at heart. Elizabeth, my esthetician/nurse, has been nothing short of AMAZING. I received filler and Botox at my initial visit and was extremely satisfied with the results. I was offered "free touch-ups" if I wasn't satisfied for any reason. I mean, if that alone doesn't speak volumes, I don't know what to tell you! I did end up going back a few weeks later, but not for touch-ups as I was happy with my results. I returned to get additional filler in a different area. I was extremely satisfied with the results from that visit as well. I was able to catch a glimpse of 25 year old me through 44 year old eyes! I will NEVER go anywhere else after experiencing the expertise and considerate staff at ReNuMe Med Spa. Oh, and they are extremely gracious with their pricing. Affordability, knowledgeable staff, welcoming environment -- I would give 10 stars if I could 🤩

This place is amazing. I’m honestly working with them around four years for my Botox for my pediatric for my fillers for my micro needling. They are amazing in their job. Very perfect. Customer service perfect deals perfect in the injection and threads. Honestly, I like this place so much even for hair removal, laser for my body. I recommend to all my family and friends to come to this place because of their very nice behavior and they’re very good customer service that they have and the perfect resultthank you so much and God bless you all

I’ve been coming here for years, and it is the only Medspa I trust and love to go to in this city. The injectors and staff are all so knowledgeable, skilled, and friendly. They always give me the right shape and volume I want for my lips.
