Skin Laundry - Village at Topanga

I had a wonderful time coming today with my mom and doing the new client signature laser facial. My session was booked with Tristine and she was also training Nancy, another nurse. When I booked my appointment, I got a text message confirmation and reminder. There was an issue where my appointment was cancelled but then I got a text update that it was fixed. This place is inside Topanga Village so I parked there which they already give you a complimentary validation. The store was easy to find and the check in process was simple. Zra was the person helping me with the form and taking my before picture. She was amazing and easy to talk to. They saw me a little after my appointment since they were booked but both nurses explain every process to me and made sure I was relaxed. My face felt refresh and had some sensitivity but not too bad. I would recommend this place, everyone is wonderful here.

I visited the clinic last week for my first laser facial and had both an amazing experience and have seen good results! Dana went over all of the options with me and recommended starting with the signature laser and adding the fixer serum. She was really patient with my questions and super knowledgeable which made me less nervous. Rose was very gentle and thorough during my facial and I was honestly surprised how quick and painless it was. I already have my next 3 appointments booked and I can’t wait to see how great my skin will look.

I had an amazing experience at Skin Laundry. Not only was the service excellent by Meesha who did a great job, but Dana provided outstanding assistance. She made the experience seamless by efficiently checking me in, clearly explaining the service, and following up to ensure everything went well. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The staff here is amazing! I’ve been coming to Skin Laundry since August 2025, and every visit has been a great experience. The front desk team is always so friendly and helpful, and Meesha and Toni have been absolutely wonderful. I signed up for the membership and have tried the Signature Laser Facial, the Resurfacing Facial, and the Power Facial. My favorite so far is definitely the Signature Power Facial!

I would leave zero stars if that were an option; unfortunately, I am forced to give one. My two teenage daughters hold a combined monthly membership totaling $500, and despite this significant commitment, they were mistreated on their very first visits—not once, but twice. This is completely unacceptable. It is painfully evident that this business suffers from poor management, a lack of leadership, and inadequate customer service standards. As a business owner myself, I can say with certainty that any reputable establishment offers basic courtesies—such as a one-time grace pass for a late arrival—especially to new clients. Instead, this company appears far more concerned with squeezing money out of customers than providing the level of service they charge for. This experience was shameful and deeply disappointing. I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment. Support small businesses that value their clients—because corporations like this clearly prioritize profit over people.

Be careful with them. They give occasional promotions where if you buy $100 gift cards, they will give an additional $25. They will still charge your credit card and not use the giftcards, WHICH EXPIRE RELATIVELY QUICKLY, if you don't look out for it. And I even made the initial request to have the giftcards be utilized before any credit card payments. It's in writing with confirmation. Didn't matter Albeit I got it resolved, had I not noticed the credit card charge, who knows how long this would've persisted for.
