Bhavi is the best in Winston Salem! Not only in her work, but her attention to detail in her whole operation. She greets everyone with such great kindness and a genuine Warm vibe. She does the best job and also gets it done in a very quick timely manner. All her receptionist are kind and always there willing to help with anything I cannot say enough about This place. If you’re looking to get your eyebrows done and or any of the services she provides this place is the place you need to come to. I have used other places to get my eyebrows done and there’s always different people working not here. It’s been the same for many years and she remembers everybody.. Service providers don’t take feedback well. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded and tinted for over 3 years. I am from Washington DC. Stopped by this spot because of so many good online reviews. I was sat down by the service provider who asked no questions about color and proceeded to start the job. I thought to myself, "wow this woman is really confident to not ask the customer what color they prefer or how dark they like their eyebrows." I’ve never had a provider not ask me my preferences before starting a dye process. After she threaded and tinted my brows, she asked how I liked them. I told her I thought they were too light for my preference (typically I have a slight self tan also). She proceeded to tell me that I was wrong and the ways in which I was wrong. She told me this was the color I needed and she had matched it correctly. First off, I asked politely for her to make them darker. She could’ve easily said okay and put the tint on for 2-3 more minutes and I would’ve left a happy customer. Instead, she proceeded to tell me how she was correct and the ways in which I was wrong for asking for a darker eyebrow color. I like a darker color because I wash my face often and with such a light color that she picked, I will likely have to go back in a week to get them re dyed. I left and will never return.

My experience was amazing!! No wait, very friendly service, and such a comfortable environment!! I love this place, and will definitely be back for further services! By the way, I got my eyebrows and upper lip threaded 🤪🥰

I will definitely come back! Bhavi called me and I was on the chair to get my eyebrows threaded for less than 3 minutes, the quickest threat ever! I specified how I wanted my brows to look and Bhavi followed through. I had to wait for 30 minutes to be seen once I registered as a walk-in, but then I was informed that a client before me was having payment issues, hence the reason for the long wait. An acquaintance recommended this place and this was my first visit, I will absolutely return!

I had an eyebrow tint and thread done and it was really good. The color wasn’t too dark at all—it was perfectly matched to my hair and looked very natural. The shaping was clean and precise, and I loved how neat everything turned out. They also went ahead and tinted my upper lip, which was a great extra touch and made such a difference. I left feeling really happy with the results and would definitely recommend!

The lady who did my brows not only threaded them perfectly but also mentioned a nostril wax. It’s something I’ve been self-conscious about for a long time, and I’m SO glad she brought it up in the kindest, most professional way. I decided to try it, and wow… I look 10 times better and feel 10 times more confident! The customer service was wonderful, thoughtful, and genuinely appreciated.
