The state of the art equipment is impressive and Aleta is so good about evaluating and explaining what procedure could benefit you the most to help you achieve your skin care goals. I have been doing skin rejuvenation for over 12yrs and have gone to several different Med Spas for laser treatments. As a business owner myself, I appreciate and notice the level of detail of United Medical & Aesthetics. The genuine positivity of the team. Nicole's greeting upon arrival always makes you feel valued and appreciated for choosing them. I have been very bothered by my saggy neck for years. I do not want to go under the knife so I researched non surgical options and locations. I decided to go to United Medical and Aesthetics in Wilmington, NC. I met with Aleta in April 2024 to discuss what could help with my neck issues. Aleta is very knowledgeable about the different options available. She does not over promise but really goes above and beyond to get the best results possible. She really cares about her patients. I felt very comfortable and confident about her expertise. We decided on 3 rounds of Radio Frequency Micro Needling ( April, May, & June). In December I also had a Laser Coring treatment. While I did not expect neck lift results, I am very pleased with the outcome. I am only 1 month out of the coring treatment and understand that I will continue to get better results over the next few months. I have attached a picture after my 1st RF Microneedling, one after the 3rd treatment and one after the Laser Coring. Again, not a neck lift but I am very happy with the results so far. I trust and recommend United Medical and Aesthetics. Everyone in the office is very nice and welcoming. Thank you for a great experience. Will be back🤗

I had an absolutely incredible experience from the moment I stepped foot into the office. I was greeted by Nicole at the front desk, whose smile instantly made me feel comfortable. When I met with Aleta, she took the time to go over all of my options and ultimately recommended a deep CO2 laser treatment based on my concerns. She explained everything thoroughly and prepared me for what to expect both during the procedure and throughout the recovery period. I knew there would be significant downtime, but I felt completely supported the entire way. Aleta and Nicole checked in with me every day afterwards to make sure I was healing properly and to answer any questions that came up. The downtime was pleasantly surprising and much less than I expected. Ultimately the few days were well worth the amazing results. Her care, professionalism, and attention to detail were exceptional. I could not be happier with the entire process, from the warm welcome to the expert treatment and attentive follow-up. Highly recommend!

I have been in twice to see Aleta. Once for a consultation and another time to receive a service. I have been so impressed by her and her knowledge and expertise. She knows her stuff! I am currently following her skin care regime prior to the laser treatment that is best designed for me and what I am wanting to achieve. I am thrilled to be a patient of Aleta Sloan’s!! This is not your typical Medspa - it's so much more.  The practice consists of trained, licensed professionals and a very knowledgeable front office.   If I'm going to entrust my face to someone, I want to know they are practiced, skilled and passionate! I had the Ultra Clear procedure and my results have been incredible!    it continues to improve as the skin turns over and the products are able to be absorbed more effectively.  I learn so much every time I go in here and could never imagine going anywhere else!  Thanks, Aleta, Lisa and Nicole - you are THE best of the best!

I’ve seen several dermatologists over the years for my rosacea and nothing they prescribed ever helped. My rosacea was so intense that makeup couldn’t even cover it. I had read blogs and tried all kinds of different products then one day I stumbled across Aleta’s instagram and booked an appointment after seeing client before and after. I started seeing Aleta in August for laser treatments and my rosacea has improved so much! It went from a harsh red to a light pink. Aleta has given my confidence back! I can’t say enough good things about her and her team!
