I can’t recommend Soul Skin Studio enough. I see Lauren, the owner, and she creates such a calming, welcoming experience from start to finish. The facial bed is incredibly comfortable with cozy blankets, optional heat, and adjustable leg support, which makes it feel more like true rest than just a treatment. I love that the facials are fully customized and all natural, my skin gets exactly what it needs rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. Lauren is easy to talk with, incredibly knowledgeable, and provides truly top-notch care. I’ve also heard wonderful things about her other estheticians, which says a lot about the space she’s built.

I don't know what I did before Soul Skin Studio! I went the first time as a little post-holiday treat for myself, thinking it was just a one time thing. But when I met Lauren and experienced the care and knowledge and friendliness she brings to every interaction, I knew I had to make space in my life for regular appointments, and I have not regretted it for a second. That was 4 years ago! I've come to relish these moments of self-care and the time spent in Lauren's calming and positive presence. This truly is care for your skin and your soul!

I have been going to Soul Skin Studio for the past 2.5 years and the experience has never not been a 10/10!! Although I typically select the same facial option each visit, Lauren thoughtfully tailors the experience to my skins needs that day. Lauren is also so kind and is really good at reading if you want to be chatty or sleep during the facial. She is also very knowledgeable, I learned everything about skincare from her. I am so thankful this gem of a studio is here in Wilmington! Pro tip: she offers gift cards and has an amazing product selection in stores, it’s easy to stock up on your skincare plus you’re supporting a local biz!

I totally understand the name after coming here. I don't know how these magicians did it but skin care = soul care. I left feeling so restored and my skin was absolutely glowing. One thing I fear about getting facials is that it's going to irritate my skin and Mary Ellen was like a skin reading expert. I asked her about her process and she closely does a skin analysis and reads how the skin reacts to each product. SO each facial is customized to what the skin needs are that day - and as a female that obviously goes through a cycle I really appreciate that because my skin texture, moisture, acne varies a lot. Some of my friends go to Soul Skin Studio and we all concur that we are in GREAT hands. I trust Lauren and Mary Ellen with my life.

Had my first facial with Abbey today and I’m already looking forward to when I can come back! Her sweet personality is instantly calming, and her hands work magic on the treatment table. I almost fell asleep during the massage portions! I left glowing and feeling so nurtured and recharged! Love this space and the gals that make it so special!

Hands down one of the best facials I've had. Lauren is so talented and truly invested in not only giving clients the best experience, but also her studio and the products she uses. Not only do I always leave with a beautiful glow, but I feel better about the natural products she's using on my skin and it is one of my most relaxing experiences - truly an escape and what keeps me coming back month after month.

Obsessed with this place! The owner Lauren has so much experience in esthetics and you can tell she really puts her whole heart and soul into every one of her clients. The space is curated so beautifully with so many details thought of. I’ve been struggling with cystic acne, fungal acne, and barrier damage for about a year and Lauren has truly helped restore my skin. She really understands skin function and also has a background in health coaching so she has given me a ton of internal recommendations too that has really supported my skin and whole body. Also, she uses Botnia in her back bar which is a super sustainable skincare line that’s curated on a micro farm in California. Then she uses those compounds to hand mix EVERY single facial based on your skin needs that day. I truly feel so cared for whenever I come here!! P.S. GET THE HAIR TREATMENT! it’s amazing. and her facial massage?? *chefs kids* totally helps my TMJ and WFH life neck tension. I will sing Lauren’s praises forever!!
