Jonathan Crane, DO, FAAD, FAOCD

I've been seeing Dr Crane for 12 years now and I can highly recommend his practice. He always listens to what I want, makes appropriate suggestions, and explains everything in detail so I can make the best decisions for myself. He is never in a rush, takes his time with me, and answers all my questions, no matter how small or involved. I moved 4 hours from his practice several years ago, but still make the drive twice a year because there is no one else I would trust with my care!

Dr Crane is great and has always help me stay healthy and having to deal with the largest organ of or bodies that is saying a lot. On a bit of a sour note I do hope the pace of the practice does slow a bit and they are able to do the painstaking task of tracking what is being done on a six month cycle so that continuity remains in tact. Thank you for your dedication to your craft I truly feel that I am in good hands.

I find Dr. Crane’s office efficient and the good doctor bearing excellent bedside manner. My slice and dice appointments have always been enjoyable. Even though I now live in southwest Virginia its still worth the trip across three states to see the smiling face of Dr. Crane. I've been going to Dr. Crane for about three years. He and his staff are always courteous, detail oriented and attentive. I feel very reassured that Dr. Crane is very proactive in my healthcare, treating any potential issues before they become a problem. I would highly recommend this practice.

From the moment I arrived to the clinic, I was greeted by a lovely and cheerful receptionist who really set the tone for how this practice is run. I believe first impressions are important. After a brief time in waiting area, I was escorted to a procedure room by Jennifer, who was sweet and professional. She explained everything to me with clarity and detail. When Dr Crane entered the room, he reiterated the specifics of my scheduled procedure and reassured me that I was in good hands with his staff. They delivered on that promise. Both Dr. Maxfield and Dr. Crane along with esthetician, Jennifer made me feel comfortable and calm. Highly recommend Atlantic Dermatology.

I have been a pt since he opened his very first office in town. After a very trying year with a broken leg, unable to bare weight on it for 3 1/2 months. I called today for an appointment. I was told that it had been 2 years since I saw him and would have to start over as a new pt and it would be in Whiteville. I feel as if I helped him build those 2 fancy buildings. I guess money hunger has taken over his concerns for people. I'm currently hunting for a new dermatologist in Wilmington. It will be my choice to be a new patient, now forced on me by the person I met during his 1st year of practice. SHAME ON YOU DR CRANE

My family has been going to Dr. Crane for many years. I have always had a positive experience during our visits. The front staff has always been very nice and we have not experienced unreasonable wait times in the waiting room or the exam room. Dr. Crane has been very helpful to us, and has taken time, and not rushed through our exam, and answered all the questions we had.
