I love my girls at BOUQ!! I had a facial with Sierra today and she was absolutely amazing! She’s so sweet and made me feel super comfortable from the start. You can tell she really knows what she’s doing and understands exactly what your skin needs. I walked out literally glowing! Can’t wait for my next appointment! ✨💕

I absolutely loved my visit at bouq The girls who work there are amazing and lovely to talk to. My skin looks and feels amazing ever since my visit. Couldn’t be happier and I have another appointment scheduled for next month! Definitely recommend.

I am a black man, I keep a shaved face. My neck has recently turned dark. I contacted BOuq about a facial. The consultant told me that a $299 laser treatment would correct my issue in a few days. 7 days later there was no improvement. I returned to get another consultation. At that point she communicated that I may need more treatments to correct the issue. Now 2 weeks later there is still no improvement. I called to explain my situation. At that point they told me I would need multiple treatments and/or chemicals. There was no transparency or honesty from them. This same issue could have been resolved with a facial. Very disappointed in this experience.

Sierra gave me my first facial and it was nothing short of AMAZING! She made it the most relaxing experience - explaining what she was doing step by step and how it would help me on my journey to clear, smooth skin. The environment, the service; everything was an absolute 10/10. I ended up getting some amazing products and will absolutely be returning. I HIGHLY recommend Sierra for all of your skin needs! Loved every second of it!

I’m certain I’ve already reviewed this amazing spa, but one review does not do it justice. All of the girls here are AMAZING and the treatments they do are like literal medicine for your skin. I found Bouq after going to quite a few different spas in Wilmington and never getting long term results from them- just a relaxing facial. At Bouq you get long term results, a relaxing facial, women who are your skin’s biggest cheerleader, and all around amazing experience! I will literally never go anywhere else for my facials or skincare! Sierra is absolutely amazing at what she does and I couldn’t ask for a better esthetician! ❤️

Highly recommend… as in you need to take a day off and give your face the care it needs here! My sister and I decided to take a girls trip for the weekend and needed some facials. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience here. First of all the decor, aesthetic, and cleanliness was beautiful. The staff was professional and kind, and the facials themselves were smoothing and rejuvenating. Will be coming here again when in town!!
