I have been seeing Brenda since I was a teenager. She is down to earth, beautiful inside and out and always makes me feel special. All the staff are smart, professional, and kind. I’ve worked with a few different estheticians and all of them are great! The products the use are high quality and always work!

I am thrilled to give a five-star review to The Skin Room in Whittier! This company has consistently provided outstanding services for me and my family. From facials for myself and my teens, we have had multiple services done at this location and have always been impressed. I highly recommend The Skin Room to my friends and family. One thing that stood out to me was their attention to detail, especially when it comes to gift card presentations for holidays and Mother's Day gifts. It adds a special touch to the overall experience. I must mention how much my mom and mother-in-law adore this salon. They were able to accommodate my request for a Spanish-speaking aesthetician for my mother-in-law, and she was extremely satisfied with the service she received. The staff's product knowledge is truly phenomenal, and it contributes to the overall quality of the experience. Whenever I visit The Skin Room, I always feel relaxed and well taken care of. Overall, I am grateful for the exceptional services provided by The Skin Room. They have become my go-to skincare provider, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking a wonderful experience with knowledgeable and attentive staff.

I really do recommend the Skin Room for quality service. However, I thought I would share that the day of my appointment the staff member called to explained that due to a parade in town to plan ahead. I asked to reschedule for Tuesday since I had just made the appointment less than 24 hours ago and I was told there was a $25 fee for cancelling. I really am shocked how a business can't see the big picture. They prefer to lose a client permanently BUT collect the $25 cancellation fee. It was worth every penny to know how much they value their clients and unwilling to make an exception for some city event and not me just unable to make it. Thanks Skin Room:)

I have been going to The Skin Room for 8 years this October. The length of time, I have been going to the Skin Room alone speaks volumes about the Skin Room. I'm often asked what products I use and where I get my facials. I refer everyone to the skin room. My friends often get a gift certificate because I'm all about "self love" . They offer so many services ,they customized facials to your needs. You will find your perfect "besthetician" . I consider The Skin Room " My Happy Place"

I had my first Brazilian wax with Brenda. I was so nervous and embarrassed lol. But she made me feel so comfortable and she was fast. Ever since then I been getting my Brazilian and facials with Brittany she is awesome and super sweet.

We were members at the spa at the glen in brea, unfortunately they closed temporarily for some remodeling. I booked an appointment at the skin room about 5 days ahead of time. Arrived 30 minutes early. I was called in 10 minutes late and received a wry underwhelming service that lasted 40 minutes total. Paid $125 for a service I would not pay $50 for. Do not recommend. They were unapologetic. ****************************************++*** To your reply. It was not 5 minutes. The service did not begin until after 5:10 and ended well before 5:50. I rarely complain, but I feel compelled to let potential clients know. And to be clear, this place is no comparison to the spa at the glen. I appreciate the time you took on the reply.

By far the best waxing experience of my life! Brenda (owner/esthetician) was super kind and professional and made what could be such an awkward moment so pleasant and relaxing. I only had a bikini wax but it was such a great experience I think I'm brave enough for my next time to go full Brazilian! This is for sure the place to go for all your skincare and self care needs. I will be back and can't wait to try other services.
