I had such a wonderful experience at Swoon! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so warm and welcoming, and the building itself was clean, beautiful, and incredibly calming. Carrie was amazing — she tailored the facial specifically to my skin and needs, making the entire experience feel so personalized. The environment was super relaxing, and I left feeling refreshed with skin that felt healthy, clean, and glowing. I also really appreciated the thoughtful aftercare advice she gave me. I can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend Carrie to anyone!

Today, Leah did an amazing job! I had the signature facial, brow wax & tint, and dermaplane. This was honestly the best facial I have ever received. Relaxing, calming, and fabulous from start to finish! Highly recommend!

I have been a Swoon "regular" for almost 10 years and there really isn't anywhere else in Pittsburgh that compares. Everyone on the team is always at the top of their game and incredibly knowledgable and talented at their craft. This was the first time I have booked a HydraFacial with Leah and it was 1000/10. I have had HydraFacials in the past but this was truly an exceptional experience.

I went to swoon for the 1st time and got a great facial. The room was crisp,clean and the heated table was fantastic. My skin looks great and I booked my next facial! Update:12/2019I came in for a gel french manicure and left with all of my cuticles ripped off and lots of cuts. My manicurist was super sweet but rough, my french manicure is uneven and the white is super thick compared to my nail. My hands were never moisturized and I'm going to go elsewhere to get my polish off. I did have another amazing facial and plan on coming back. I don't feel that my manicure was as high end as the rest of my experience at swoon. I love that it is spotlessly clean and decorated perfectly. I am dissatisfied with wasted money on my nails that now look awful.

Simply amazing experience from beginning to end. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Katie did my Botox and Filler and it looks amazing! highly recommend Katie for minimal pain and bruising.

Leah was fabulous! My HydraFacial was amazing from start to finish—so relaxing and thorough. My skin was glowing afterward, and I could tell she really took her time to make sure everything was done with care. One of the best facials I’ve had in the area. I’ll definitely be back!
