Dr. Stephens and her staff are excellent. Only complaint is that it states if you are 10 minutes late, you may have to reschedule. I was 10 minutes early and was not seen until 20 minutes after my my appointment time. Everyone's time is valuable.

Scheduled an appointment- soonest they could get me was 5 months in advance. I can understand that's not unusual for dermatologist appointments - ok. After 3 months, I was told I needed to reschedule due to the Dr taking that day off. It happens, I understand. I call back and get a big box call center (not personnel from the office itself) only to find out there will be no more appointments on Fridays forever, which really doesn't work for me. I was frustrated but accepted it and moved on to schedule with another office. Then, a week plus later I get a letter from them saying they haven't heard back from me about the canceled appointment. This shows they're totally not on the ball with anything and reminds me of the frustration. It prompted me to write this negative review. Sorry but that's too many mistakes and just not good enough.

Dr. Fort was amazing!! I had my 90 year old father in to see him yesterday and he could not have been kinder. He was kind, understanding and made a hard day for my dad a 1000x better!! He is very professional and super smart but most of all caring! Would highly recommend seeing Dr. Fort!! One the the best additions they have made to this office in a long time!

The staff were all very friendly, kind and professional to me. Bobby went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. I always have some anxiety going into the doctor’s office but I felt right at ease. Dr. Fort was very helpful, professional and answered all my questions and explained everything thoroughly. I am finally hopeful for my skin/face for the first time in a very long time. Thank you so much!

Had appt for my daughter and for full body skin exam plus she was having scalp issues. Assistant came in and ask what was going on and told her we are here for full body skin exam but main issue is my daughter having issues with her scalp . The assistant ask well we have time for maybe one or the other but will ask Dr. which was confusing isn’t the scalp part of the full body skin exam! The interaction felt dismissive rather than informative! Dr bed side manners came across very cold, unsympathetic ,not very warming even for a child. How she examined her body was pitiful. It was so quick and not even looking between her toes or hands. I ask the Dr question and her reply was every body has this and not answering why or how . I left there feeling disappointed and uncomfortable for my daughter! Would not recommend this Dr or place.

Was seen on time. Lisa was friendly and easy to talk with. Jason made me feel comfortable. He answered all my questions and did not rush through my appointment.

I really like the doctors . And the care I received - she was very thorough. However I received a text message an hour before apt time -confirming apt time and stating if I was 10 min or more late my apt would be rescheduled—I arrive 10 min before apt time - and I sat there for over an hour after I was checked in - I left work early to make sure I was not late - no consideration for my time .
