Doctor english was shown a picture of my rash, he asked me to come in for a follow up, i hadn't even sat down when he asked me to pick up my shirt and turn around.So I could look at my back. Without hesitation, he told me I was going directly to the hospital. And he would get me an ambulance, but I did have a ride, upon arriving, they already had a room for me and within an hour, they were doing a biopsy and found it was t cell lymphoma. Dr. English is an amazing Dr. I would recommend him as one of the best i've seen. I spent 5 months in the hospital and am finally out and alive because of Dr. English

Just took my autistic son there for the first time. The office staff was friendly and efficient. Michelle the medical assistant was extremely patient. Dr. Park was very thorough, answered all my questions and interacted well with my son.

Unbelievably horrible experience. The worst doctor I've ever encountered. I was experiencing some hair loss postpartum. I went to Dr. English to get a professional opinion. He took one visual look at my scalp and diagnosed me with a very rare, permanent and serious hair loss disease. Zero testing, no labs, no biopsy. Just threw out this devastating diagnosis like it was the common cold and offered to start injection therapy right there on the spot. Thank goodness my husband and I were trying to conceive again so I declined the injections and said I would have to follow up after the next baby. My hair all grew back with time - proving his diagnosis incorrect and his treatment plan completely reckless. This man should not be allowed to practice. Avoid at all costs!!

Very unprofessional. Waste of time and only to be seen by an assistant. Edit/update: I originally went in complaining of skin irritation. They said we don't see anything and then immediately referred me for a mental evaluation??!! I almost blew a fuse for them gaslighting me like that. I knew she was just lazy and also being a physicians assistant they lacked the experience of a true doctor. I asked what doctor I should try next. She wouldn't tell me unless I let her tell me this obvious b/s about it being a mental thing. Long story short it was mold exposure and after I removed the mold my symptoms stopped. After that whole ordeal I can only imagine all the people hurt by this place and a physicians assistant to lazy and inexperienced to properly assess patients.

Dr. English is remarkable. I suffered for over a year and he has done more for me in a week than any other doctor. He is kind, accessible, and explains things thoroughly. The office staff, nurses, aides, etc. are all very helpful.

First time there. Horrible PA. She seemed so fake. She was too busy to listen to all of my concerns. I have lost faith that there’s a doctor within the UMPC network and the entire health care system that really cares about patients with the exception of the headache center of UPMC. The health care system needs to learn how to treat patients. Also she took pictures of the affected hands but didn’t take side pictures where the full picture of the pain could be understood.

I FINALLY got an appointment to see the dermatologist and when I first arrived (20 mins early like they requested to fill out paperwork) I was told the doctor was running behind. I should have left then. After my wait, I was taken back and I literally spoke to the doctor for under 2 minutes. I was only allowed to address one of my issues. I was told to reschedule if I wanted to talk about the other reasons I booked this appointment. When I called to schedule I made it clear I had multiple things I wanted to address. I had to take off work, and waste my time to be treated like dirt. I never felt so unvalued in my life. I was just a quota to check off for my payment. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS OFFICE. So unprofessional, I should have refused to pay for this joke of an appointment. If you want to get zero care or consideration, use UPMC Wexford, they will be sure to take care of you....
