I recently had an upper blepharoplasty with Dr. Vinas and I couldn’t be happier with my results! I look refreshed and natural, and the whole experience exceeded my expectations. I trusted him not only with my own surgery, but also with my mother and my best friend’s procedures—and each of us had an amazing outcome. Working with him professionally, I see every day how charismatic, skilled, and compassionate he is with his patients. Experiencing his care personally has only reinforced my confidence in recommending him. Dr. Vinas is truly outstanding!

I underwent surgery with the doctor approximately four years ago. Unfortunately, I was never satisfied with the results from the beginning. A few months later, I returned for a revision procedure; however, it did not improve the outcome. In my opinion, instead of enhancing the appearance of my eyes, the surgery worsened it. I had both upper and lower blepharoplasty, and rather than reducing the bags under my eyes, my eyes now appear more swollen than they did prior to the surgery. I am not certain whether this was due to a technical issue or an improper adjustment of the eyelid muscles, but the result has been persistent swelling and an unsatisfactory appearance. As a result, I am very disappointed with the outcome and have concluded that I will need to undergo corrective eyelid surgery with a different surgeon.

You are lying, i never once said thai wanted to postpone for next year. Even though I posted the conversation between the office and myself, you're still lying. I called and canceled the surgery several times. I even went to the office. I talked to you Lisa in person, I even asked you if you want the new test results, i have thalassemia and sickle cell, I'm not a candidate for elective surgery, my PCP and hematologist are against it, and now that I know how serious it is , i will never put my life at risk. You said "it wasn't necessary to provide the new lab result, and that you understood and was sorry about the delay to refund me" you asked for my email and suggested that you would have the manager and Dr vinas zelle me which was odd. I talked to Jane several times on the phone. Now you're lying 🤥 saying I never canceled. The money is not for you to keep, you need to refund it. There isn't any confusion on my part. You can't keep funds for service that wasn't rendered. At this point, why would I even trust any of you with my life, to cut me open 😒 when you can't even keep your words. I hope the people reading my reviews would think twice before considering doing business with you.

I have used Dr Vinas on a few different occasions and all I can say is... he is the kindest, most caring, beyond skilled surgeon I've ever encountered. He, and his sister Dr Yvette LaClaustra truly saved me. If you are looking for the most talented plastic surgeon with an "I hear you" bedside manner; look no further because he's right here. Thank you Dr Vinas for always being there for me. Facing a bilateral mastectomy due to breast cancer was scary enough.. You made me know, to see without a doubt, it was going to be ok! Doctor La Vinas, it’s the best plastic surgery today in Florida with no doubts I say that, he did an wonderful job on my face, and many other know, but my own experience with him was amazing, he’s a truly professional and know what his doing, his Facelift it’s perfect!!! My surgery was canceled since June 2025 due to health issues, I was supposed to start getting my refund since September 2025 according to Lisa, still nothing. I posted a review under the PSL location, and she texted me this the next morning (check out the picture) still today, no refund. Although I have medical issues, they're threatening to hold $1,500 and pay the rest weekly $500/check, smh. Did I mention i paid them full in cash 😒. However they're still not keeping their word. If you're thinking about using them , look elsewhere. They're only care about money, they're just so fake.
