Water's Edge Dermatology - Palm Springs

I didn’t know what to expect since this was my first time being seen at Water’s Edge in Palm Springs. However I was completely satisfied with my appointment from start to finish. The front desk employees were so friendly and professional. I was seen on time. The PA’s assistant Mikaela was also very friendly, professional and listened to my concerns about my skin cancer issues. The PA, Gioconda Boaz, was extremely thorough yet in a timely fashion and took care of all of my concerns. What a wonderful experience, given the reason I was there. I highly recommend this practice.

From the initial Dr visit, to each Ultrasound and all treatments, the whole staff was informative, on time and professional. They explained what was needed, the timeframe each visit would take and recovery period. I highly recommend Dr G, his staff and Ultrasound specialist Lisa for any vein treatments.

Staff was very professional, front desk girls were friendly and polite. I pad used to complete info and medical history, easy but long. I arrived 30 min early, completed paperwork and was called in at my scheduled time. "Gio" PA was very nice and warm smile throrough and fast, she answered questions, I went in for full body checkup and concern over fatty growth, all good thank God. I would recommend this team.

Had a Moh’s procedure today in the office.The staff was very attentive and did a wonderful job explaining everything that was occurring. Post procedure instructions were verbal and written. The Dr was gentle and the entire process was pain free. He kept me numb and comfortable the whole time. Im an ex operating room nurse. After receiving care here for several years, I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Gutierrez and his staff are amazing! The wait time is minimal, staff is efficient and friendly and they do their best to accommodate my schedule. My entire appointment, procedure included, only took one hour! I highly recommend Dr. Gutierrez for venous treatment.

It was my first time at the facility and I must say as soon as I entered the room I felt at home. The receptionist was pleasant and respectful. The physician's assistant and the doctor were both very courteous and listened with a caring attitude. Thanks Water's Edge!,🌹

I appreciate the care and the attention that Dr. Forero gave during my visit. She was patient and thorough. Her entire staff is welcoming and professional. I will wholeheartedly recommend this facility to anyone needing the services that they provide.
