Dr Refresh

I love this spa!! I came in for a sauna and cold plunge session. I was a little nervous about the cold plunge as it was my first time doing it, but Chris coached me through the process by explaining the benefits of it, showing me breathing techniques, and helping me stay in control of my mind throughout the 3 minutes I was in the tub. I absolutely loved the cold plunge and can’t wait to do it again. I do recommend that you bring a swimsuit or some clothes that you don’t mind getting wet for the tub, and a change of clothes to change into once you’ve showered! In addition, the installations are pristine, beautiful and the building has parking included! I highly recommend this Med Spa and will be coming back!

I came in here on a whim as I was nearby and curious. I saw they did ice baths so I stopped in as I always wanted to do one. The staff is all very friendly and thorough. Chris is the one who ran the ice bath and walked me through the steps and was really supportive. Will absolutely come back. They offer a host of med spa type treatments but thus far I've just done the ice bath. The ambiance in the shop is also very welcoming and fun/different in a great way.

dr. refresh is honestly the best Botox place I’ve ever been to they really care about detail. Don’t try to oversell you and their prices are very reasonable. I’m so happy with my results

I had a great experience my my first dermal filler, Chris greeted and checked me in right away. The nurses were knowledgeable and amazing. The numbing cream worked quickly which made the process painless and I got the natural look that I wanted.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the space is clean and bright! I had a hydrafacial which was lovely, Amy my esthetician was knowledgeable and has a wonderful energy. The experience leans more towards "med" than "spa". I found some of the ‘add on’ pricing confusing and the automated follow-up is super proactive. Overall it was a good experience 🙂 They have good deals on memberships for monthly facials (attached photo) which is really nice especially if you love the official ‘hydrafacial’!
