I wish all businesses were like this spa. I'm obsessed with the care and personalized service I receive here with my husband. You truly feel like you're the only one there. The products are very clean and luxurious. My skin completely transformed for the better since I started coming here over 5 years ago. There is a level of perfection here that cannot be replicated. No pretentiousness, highest skill of service and worth every dollar. We feel no judgment coming as people of color. They are warm and welcoming to all. Easy private parking in the back. I always leave feeling so cared for and order all my products through them.

Wow, what an amazing experience, from the moment you step foot into this beautiful spa you are greeted with not only the smiling and friendly Marisol, but such an intoxicating aroma of essential oils. After you check in you are offered strawberry and lemon water and led to your sound proof treatment room. Laura my facialist was so knowledgeable and gave me just want my skin needed, exfoliation and hydration. A+ plus all around.

Tom was great & the Isun product line on display was amazing. Marisol was also wonderful & hope they have a happy holiday season!!!

Lena Bratschi is hands down the best facialist I have ever been to, and I get a lot of facials because I work in the entertainment industry and am on camera. she is magical, thoughtful and the most knowledgeable person I have met as far as skin. every time I leave there I look a decade younger but more importantly it’s like a re-set for my skin. The spa itself is a stunning, serene spa. Tom and Marisol who also work there are so kind. I cannot recommend Carasoin enough.

OMG Cannot recommend enough - Olga was brilliant and the signature facial was bliss! Beautiful treatment suits, soft lights and layers of spa rituals to make that hour a deeply relaxing one. The products are superlative, highest quality oils packed with nutrients and chemical-free completely aligned with my anti-gunk skin beliefs. The spa follows the highest dermal traditions of its Swiss owner, with impeccable service. This is the place to come for the best skin maintenance money can buy. I think that is why so many celebs come there. I will be back for sure and buying their products online from home as sadly I don't live in LA. Olga, you are a magical Russian therapist with gifted hands!!

This is hands-down the best facial you will have in West Hollywood and within the city of Los Angeles. Kristiana is wonderful and a complete professional. She listens to your needs and concerns and makes sure to address them in the treatment room. Everyone here is incredibly knowledgable and kind. The spa itself is impeccable and, in my opinion, you don't need to go anywhere else in LA for a facial.

Wonderful for gentle facials, they use top of the line products that are clean, cold pressed, organic, etc. Only problem is is that they can not use the best known beauty techniques due to no beauticians at this clinic, such as they can not do stem cell needling. This is a go to for people that require only soft work.
