Dr. Hwang's bedside manner is as good as it gets. She patiently answers questions and explains treatments I'm detail that's easy to understand. WB Dermatology is a great practice.
Dr Hwang is a warm caring and compassionate medical professional. Dr Hwang’s knowledge and abilities makes her one of the areas top dermatologist!
She was very rude and had no bedside manner. She cut me off when I was trying to explain why I was there and told me to, "get to the point," even though I only spoke for maybe 15 seconds. It was clear she was very inconvenienced by me and my chronic illness. It was disappointing because of her bio, background and reviews I felt confident about the appointment. Unfortunately, I left with no help and switched doctors.
Great sense of humor, yet professional. Best experience I've had with a doctor, took her time, I was the most important person in the room. Definitely recommend, unless it affects my appointment schedule, lol, then go find your own doctor 😄
