Henry Ford Medical Center - Farmington Road

Been here multiple times. It’s incredibly hard to get an appointment, often six months out or not available at all. At my last visit (after finally waiting that long), I was told I could only address one issue at a time. I did not receive any solution, treatment, or diagnosis for the issue I chose to address, yet I was billed for level 4 care along with an additional complexity code. Very disappointing. Another frustration: this is a system-wide HF policy, not just this location. Each time I check in for a visit, I am asked to sign "consent" on a screen without seeing what I am agreeing to. If I ask, staff will show the text, which includes, for example, consent to recordings, photos, and use of data for training. There is no option to opt out.

Very clean. Monica and Stephanie were really helpful. I recommend going here for any medical needs.

I recently had surgery at HENRY FORD HOSPITAL and I just really need to shout out my Amazing Dr. Darian! He was so patient with me and everything he told me was the absolute truth! I am so happy with my recovery and I want everyone to go to Dr Vigen Darian if you want a world class, and might I add, handsome surgeon! He made sure I understood the procedure and that I was well versed from the beginning to the end. I know I couldn’t have been in better hands! I’m so p;eased with the care I received!!!

Dr. Kwon is professional, friendly, and efficient… In addition to being an outstanding doctor. She is thorough, takes time to answer any questions and explains in easy to understand language. She was highly recommended, and so happy to have her as our doctor. Her staff is always so friendly, efficient and helpful. Thank you everybody. And thank you, Henry Ford, for hiring them. Hopefully, they are rewarded for all that they do, because they are what makes Henry Ford hospital great.

This was my first visit with Dr Shankar. She was very thorough in taking a complete history. She listened to me carefully and didn't rush me. She also followed up with rechecking my CBC because I was showing signs of anemia, to see if my results had changed. I later sent her messages and received prompt responses to my concerns. I was very happy with the care I received.

The day of my appointment I was called immediately upon arrival earlier than my appointment. The young lady who waited on me was so professional and explained everything. She stated the Dr would be in shortly and Dr. Fatima was.Dr. Fatima is an excellent Dr w ho makes you feel she cares about your health. She provides you with ideas on how to manage your life and d not just taking medication. She is there are and helps you to follow up with all referrals. Dr Ali was attentive and listened to updates on my health and the progress I’ve made in the past year. She subsequently offered some additional solutions to a nasal allergy drainage issue that I have already found beneficial. In these days PCP doctors are typically rushed with the volume of patients they have to see and the paperwork they have to handle, but this occasion she afforded me the time that was needed for discussion during my annual physical. Thumbs up !
