Legacy Dermatology Group

I am so happy to have found Legacy Dermatology! The office is beautiful and clean and all personnel are so friendly and welcoming. Lauren diagnosed my issue, prescribed meds and I am 100% improved. They offer a lot of interesting non-invasive cosmetic procedures and I will be returning for a consult.

I've been going to Legacy Dermatology Group for the past 6 months after passing their beautiful office on my weekly grocery shopping trip. I am incredibly happy that I stumbled upon this gem of a practice in my backyard. I made my initial appointment because I had a concerning spot on my skin and scheduled a skin cancer screening. From there I formed a trusting relationship with the office and have started very minimal, natural looking Botox that has given me so much confidence as I navigate my life as a busy mom and corporate professional. I appreciate the practical approach at Legacy and the fact that the team takes time to talk through treatments and options.

The staff was very nice. I went there last summer for a body check. I paid my deductible. All of a sudden I’m getting a collection agency notice and I cannot get a hold of the office. It is nonstop recording. It’s very difficult to talk to someone personally at the office.

I really appreciate the knowledge of the staff and their caring attitude. Matthew is exceptional—expressive, informative, and clearly passionate about what he does. He explains conditions and options in a way that’s easy to understand and follow. Thank you!

I love this place! Friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable! Never a long wait- they don't overbook like most dermatology offices. Dr Sikorski found a melanoma on my dad's back that was totally missed at another dermatology office. Dr Legacy did the surgery and did a wonderful job. I HIGHLY recommend Legacy Dermatology Group!!

Called the Waterford office in the am regarding an ISK. I was able to get in that afternoon. Emily assessed and Lauren treated it. They were both kind and professional. I forgot the lovely woman whom took my morning call but she remembered me. I am treated as if I am their most important patient. I would highly recommend legacy Dermatology to friends and family

Tried making an appointment here, wasted an HOUR of my time texting back and forth with one of the nurses to ultimately get no where with them because of their availability. (When you call to schedule something the automated voice immediately suggests to hang up and use the text option.) Do people not hire receptionists anymore?? A 5 minute phone call would’ve been so much more efficient. I’m all for advancement in technology but this wasn’t helpful for either party. Never again. *EDIT in response to your reply: my "free time" is when my children are in school, thank you. Also how INCREDIBLY unprofessional for you to not respect my time as a potential customer by the lack of empathy in your response. Also, I had shared that I was in a fair amount of pain from the condition I have and wanted to be seen sooner than a month away. Shame on you. Glad I found somewhere that can take me in next week!
