I've been a patient of Dr.Berzin for ten years. She is really fantastic. I recently visited during the pandemic and I was impressed by how carefully they've implemented procedures to keep staff and patients safe. Everyone is masked, patients aren't waiting in the waiting room, and traffic is controlled so you won't need to get within six feet of anyone other than the medical staff. I've been putting off medical appointments for months, but feel completely comfortable that it's safe to come in to their office.

Dr. Isaacson does my annual screening. He is reassuring and knowledgeable, always puts me at ease, and has time for my questions. Treatments are quick and pain free. I leave feeling confident about both his work and my healing. If anything the covid protocols for getting in and out of the office expedite the process. I updated my paperwork online, responded to calls and txts before the appointment and was in and out in good time. I highly recommend the practice.

I have been going to this practice for years for routine screenings and they are really good at patient care and very careful and thorough when it comes to screenings. Nice friendly people - organized office. They make it easy to stay safe. They were also so impressive in terms of patient safety during the COVD-19 pandemic.

The visit was well handled and designed to minimize time in the office and contract with others. To do this the office provided forms in advance, eliminated the wait to see the doctor and moved me through quickly. In addition temps were taken before going in and in the office was an air purifier which virtually no office has to help ensure patients were not breathing recycled air. Overall very well done. tom

I was able to easily schedule a timely appointment and the check-in procedures were straightforward and efficient. I was seen promptly at the time of my appointment. Dr. Isaacson listened carefully and after examination, capably diagnosed my issue and prescribed a practical course of treatment . He fully explained the details of my treatment, ensuring that any questions that I had were answered.

I have visited Dr. Berzin's and Dr. Isaacson's office several times recently. Since the pandemic, the office has been effectively reconfigured to minimize contact among patients. On each visit, I was led immediately to an examining room, and the attending doctor handled my appointment professionally and promptly, as has been the case during the more than 30 years I have been their patient.

Dr. Berzin is wonderfully knowledgeable and very good at identifying and treating an array of needs. My family and I have been going to see her for a number of years; she is skilled, always honest about what she feels is the right approach, and we have never had to wait long for any appointment either, which is especially appreciated when you bring children. Great practice.
