I actually look forward to my visits with Dr. Hogan. Her holistic approach to treatment gives me complete confidence in her recommendations, and I always feel that she is considering the full picture rather than just a single concern. The equipment she uses is truly top-of-the-line, and she is incredibly generous with her time and precision. She never rushes and brings a thoughtful, meticulous approach to every treatment. Pain management is excellent, her follow-up is attentive, and I’m very happy with my results. I trust her completely and could not recommend her more highly.

Dr. Sara Hogan was excellent, truly a very positive experience. She is attentive, patient, kind, and clearly highly knowledgeable in her field. I felt heard during my consultation, and she took the time to explain the procedure. I was referred to this clinic by my dermatologist, who mentioned that innovative laser treatments are typically only available at private clinics. I sought treatment here for cheilitis (persistent lip peeling). The reason I removed one star relates to an administrative issue. When I called the clinic ahead to confirm pricing, I was quoted $275 for the laser procedure. I understand that insurance does not cover laser treatments, even for medical conditions, and I was prepared for that cost. However, during my visit I was reclassified as a cosmetic patient, and the final bill was $500 (with a discretional discount of $550..so the total bill was $1050!!!) This change in pricing was not discussed with me prior to the procedure. Dr. Hogan recommended starting with a gentler treatment and gradually increasing intensity, noting that I would likely need two additional sessions. Had I known the total cost would be significantly higher, I may have chosen a more aggressive initial treatment, as three sessions at the revised price point are difficult for me to manage financially. Dr. Hogan herself was wonderful, and I would gladly recommend her expertise. I do hope the clinic can improve clarity and transparency around pricing so patients can make fully informed decisions before proceeding.

Dr Hogan is the full package. She is brilliant, talented, thorough, empathic, up to date on all of the latest research, and provides truly patient centered care. She isn’t about selling something just because she has it to offer, she’s about coming up with treatment plans that match what I need after thoughtful and careful assessment. Her staff are all kind, friendly, and competent. Dr Hogan’s office is a pleasure at every visit.

After getting a horrendous black eye from a temple filler injection elsewhere, I went into full panic mode as the holidays and family photos were rapidly approaching. I searched everywhere for anyone with a Vbeam laser (after tons of research) and somehow landed in the hands of Dr. Sarah Hogan and I’ve never been happier! From the moment I walked into her building, I felt safe, calm, and honestly… elite. The security alone sets the tone, but what truly stood out was Dr. Hogan and her staff. Despite me calling like a slightly unhinged person on 12/23, begging to be seen, I never once felt rushed, dismissed, or like an inconvenience. Not even a little. Dr. Hogan’s attention to detail is next-level. Her thought process, her precision, and the way she talks through everything immediately put me at ease since I was terrified to make matters worse. You can feel her expertise. She’s methodical, thoughtful, and deeply intentional in a way that is incredibly rare. Dr. Hogan is fantastic! She was patient, knowledgeable and explained the procedure so well. I highly recommend her, especially for someone who is nervous about having a laser treatment for the first time! The office itself is beautiful and she has all the devices and procedures to address cosmetic concerns in all skin types. The office staff were kind and efficient as well. Overall, a truly wonderful experience.
