The Breast Health Center at Kent Hospital

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I had my first mammogram ever here and the tech I had was beyond incredible. I wish I remembered her name. As someone with dense, painful breasts, she made the entire experience comfortable and essentially painless. I could have cried happy tears. Dr. Weaver is also amazing - she's one of the most attentive, thorough doctors I've ever been to in general and also creates just total comfortability. Genuinely so glad I was referred here and can't imagine going elsewhere for the future.

From the beginning of my journey the staff and providers have been excellent. From my first biopsy to hearing the words "you have cancer" I felt cared for and not alone. Everyone took their time to discuss everything I would have to go through in great detail. Their kindness and support has been present throughout my cancer journey and continues even after I’ve been deemed cancer free! I’m grateful to have such a fantastic cancer team by my side and am appreciative of all they have done for me. The journey has not been easy physically or emotionally, yet somehow the staff and providers made me feel comforted and supported. I’m so appreciative to this group and would recommend them to anyone I know!

Dr Patterson is unprofessional. A breast surgeon asking about the cause of your PTSD is inappropriate & causes the patient to relive the PTSD events again. If you suffer from PTSD, highly recommend avoiding this Doctor!

Had surgery yesterday. Straight up -- I was terrified. But the nurses, doctors, and social workers at the Kent Hospital Breast Health Center were so incredibly kind and caring. Dr. Patterson is an absolute GEM!!! Don't know where the rest of my breast cancer journey will take me, but I feel absolute confidence in the team at the Kent Breast Health Center for my medical care and for their respectful and compassionate care of me as a human being. A million thanks!

I was referred to the Kent Breast Health Ctr by my PCP after a bad experience at another center. Everyone has been nothing but wonderful, polite, caring & knowledgeable (receptionist, navigators, nurses & Dr's). They answer all questions and whenever you call they either answer immediately or call back very quickly. I really like the fact that the tumor board reviews each case to be sure the plan is best for your type of cancer. I start infusions on Monday and anticipate the same caring experience from that staff also. I highly recommend Kent Breast Health Ctr.

I had an excisional biopsy. Dr Weaver did the operation and Dr Sakr met with me a couple of weeks later to discuss my options. I can't remember the name of the anesthesiologist, but he was great, as were the nurses who took care of me the day of. Every step of the way, everyone treated me with respect and everything was clearly explained. Highly recommend.

Can’t say enough of how wonderful the staff is at the Kent Breast Center . Kind and patient making the whole process and journey. Highly refer this facility especially for someone with anxiety when having an exam or procedure!!!!!!
