PA Joseph has been so professional, extremely thorough and truly took the time and effort to get to know the patient and issue at hand. All of this attentiveness resulted in an answer and hopefully a treatment! This is a great practice!

I just left from my first visit. I had a full skin exam and Nurse practitioner along with her assistant were nice during check up but at end I felt very uncomfortable. I am a plus size girl which is always a sensitive experience for me. As they left the room the assistant looked funny and as they closed door I heard them discuss things that made me feel judged and uncomfortable probably cause walls are thin and you can hear into next room. I don't really care if they have an opinion but humans shouldn't feel judged while present in office! I don't feel comfortable returning.

I had two anomalies on my buttock spring up. I presume I may have been bitten on one of the two I don't know. I need treatment ASAP. They are red, hot to touch and are starting to hurt. You stick up for your staff and make the patients look like idiots. I was labeled a "scratcher" ..no I don't scratch and I want that removed from my chart because I don't scratch. You saw me 5 minutes were not pleasant to me and she finally did a punch biopsy. With the symptoms I described last week I should have been seen the day I started calling. The receptionist defended herself by telling me she did offer me an appt but it was with the doctor I refuse to see who used to be my derm. Reception is rude and unpleasant. Receptionist told me to go to a walk in... how many walk in's have skin specialists? I see the reviews are read. They are necessary for making changes and evaluating the practice. This was my intent today. Both offices received a lot of bad reviews. What do you do about that beside putting a band aid on their review. I did make my concerns known during my visit. Have you seen your reviews.? Thankful Alicia's back. I am happy with my care with Alicia because I am never disrespected and shes always professional. She listens. I have an appt tomorrow with you Dr Zao..I hope you're not rude like last time. I'm very upset.

I had a face contour there and other things done and they are the best. Su luo and Corina are so pleasant and very caring I will always go to this place

Dr. Zhou is great. She is direct, to the point, attentive and extremely professional. Whether seeing her for something simple, or for surgery, you can rest assured that you are in good hands. The staff at both Johnston and Cranston locations are great, and wait times for my appointments have been minimal. I highly recommend Coastal.

Dr. Zhou is a caring expert I have been seeing for over 5 years. She is an excellent Doctor and teacher to a host of students who are now also excellent Physicians. I highly recommend this amazing hard working physician, wonderful person and terrific golfer.
