Dr. Walker’s demeanor and bedside manner are so excellent I had to write about it before leaving the parking lot. He fielded questions about multiple topics/conditions, kept my non-dermatological concerns in mind when discussing treatment, and was realistic about treatment outcomes. He was thorough and respectful while also being friendly and genuinely interested. SO happy my PCP recommended him. He’s a star and has a truly caring nature I wish was more common in doctors.

First time patient. The experience was great from start to finish. The ladies at the front desk was super helpful and kind, making the check in process super easy. Shay was very knowledgeable and helpful. She explained my needs and how she could help. Took care of the problem and I was in and out. My appt was at 8:20 and I arrived at 8:00 was seen almost immediately and was out by 8:30. I felt that she took plenty of time with me but got the appt done. Overall a wonderful experience and glad I choose them.

These are all truly good people. A special thank you to Fiza at the front desk for being so kind and helpful. Shea and Allison and the entire team are amazing.

From check in to check in by nurse to seeing Dr McMahan was excellent. Friendly patient caring. Dr McMahan was very knowledgeable caring if I had any questions or concerns. Made comfortable. Even answering question about nonscheduled issue.

The staff , starting with the admission clerk was friendly and patient. I saw Shay Young and she was great. I had some skin issues which she evaluated and started me on a treatment path. I rate this place a solid 10.

Great experience from start to finish. The whole office was organized and friendly, and I was taken back to be seen quickly, even though the waiting room was busy. Dr. Walker is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. His nurse was also very sweet and helpful.

I always have a pleasant experience with Shea Young PA-C and her team. They're always friendly and informative. I've been a patient for 5 years.
