What a pleasant experience. Was a little apprehensive about getting a growth cut off my arm but Dr. Mason and his staff were just awesome! Quick, painless and efficient. Dr. Mason even took care of some other moles and spots I was worried about. They were all kind , caring, friendly and cheerful. If you need anything of that kind done, they are the best!!

Michelle did an amazing job getting a appointment setup in just a few days at their Waco office instead of waiting a month at Groesbeck. Dr. Mason did a wonderful job removing a growth on my arm. He is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Mason and his staff for any dermatology needs.

The staff is friendly and nice. Since I've been coming here my psoriasis have been so much better. Dr. Mason has been wonderful and knowing how to treat me for my psoriasis. I was just glad we finally found something that work.

Quick and efficient. Dr. Mason has been my dermatologist for a long time, recommended by my physician. He caught some basil cell which we took care of in the office but also later when he found aggressive melanoma, he helped me get through it. A very professional staff, that cares and works with a working man.

I was eager to see a dermatologist as it’s been way overdue. The staff is really nice. Dr.Mason was not what I had hoped for. Upon entering the room his bedside manner was lacking. I was not checked well nor put in a gown so that I could be thoroughly checked. He even asked me if I thought I had anything in my back .. my reply I cannot see my back and you’re the doctor why don’t you check. Not impressed at all! Left very disappointed in the visit.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Dr. Mason misdiagnosed my skin condition and gave me a treatment that made what I actually have much worse. He was careless and looked over my skin no more than 5 seconds. When I tried to explain my symptoms he talked over me and wouldn’t listen to what I had to say. I know I’m not the first patient Dr. Mason has done this to. I’ve now gone to a great dermatologist who told me my skin condition wasn’t at all what Dr. Mason claimed it was. Do not go to this man unless you want him to take your money and your time.

The health care professionals were all very nice and helpful. I had to reschedule an appointment last minute and they were very accommodating and still got me seen that same week. The appointment was quick and helpful. I will definitely be going back if need be!
