Dr. Cook is great! We had our annual skin health check up for skin cancer, and my wife and Iwere able to book back-to-back appointments and see Dr. Cook together. He gave each of us a thorough, knowledgeable, and individual examination. For those readers interested in wait time in the office, I woukd rate this office as better than average. We waited about 3-5 minutes before we were brought to the examination room and about 10 minutes before we saw the doctor.

Dr Cook is extremely patient and takes his time with patients. I love the little skincare gift samples at the end of every visit. My favorite staff member is Victoria because she is so sweet and professional.

I had an appointment today 9/16/25 at 240. I signed in ant 2:41pm. After waiting 40 mins in the lobby area I informed the front receptionist I would need to reschedule (3:21pm). When asked if it typically takes this long for an appointment she informed me- yes it’s usually an hour wait. To add to my frustration, she dismissed my sign-in time (2:41) and insisted I had only been waiting 31 minutes since she "checked me in". I was informed I was next however, I decided to leave and not reschedule. If this office considers an hour-plus wait after a scheduled appointment acceptable, they clearly don’t value their patients’ time. I won’t be returning.

Great experience! Had a place shaved off my nose and didn’t even know he had done it! The wait was a bit long.

I waited over an hour to get into my appointment. Then waited 30 minutes in the room. Dr. Cook came into the room stayed for not even a minute. He then gave me a prescription for my eyes which I was there for my thumb nail. When I picked up my prescription the pharmacist said he has never had an eye prescription ordered for a thumb nail… sooo after waiting 2 and half months to get into Dr. Cook’s office. I will now be scheduling an appointment at another Dermatologist Office.

I had my first appointment with Dr Cook today. I had to wait approximately 40 min. but that’s normal. Everyone in the office was very nice and friendly. Dr Cook was great, he solved my problem and while doing so he was informative, helpful and friendly.

I been seeing Dr. Cook for over 2 years! My psoriasis was getting worse because he did not prescribe me a good medicine. My insurance has a co pay of 135.00 and they did not allow me to schedule an appointment anymore! Every appointment I had with him, never ever looked in to my problem, just asking me, he never even looked at my affected skin. Most of the time they all failed to coordinate with my med insurance. I got wrong medication which made my jaw swell, I m so happy that I found Dr. Crowley of Bakersfield, the minute and first visit he right away recommended lights treatments. My 3rd session cleared my elbow and ears. I still have 4 weeks to it and hoping my psoriasis on my legs and scalp will clear.
