I can’t say enough good things about Renew and my amazing provider, Alene. I have a Nevus de Ota facial birthmark and had it lasered about 10 years ago elsewhere, it was extremely painful and the downtime was over a week. My experience with Alene was completely different. She used the Pico laser, and the procedure was surprisingly easy. I felt little to no pain, and Alene talked me through every step of the process. She was incredibly sweet, kind, and reassuring, which made the entire experience so comfortable. The downtime afterward was unbelievable, minimal swelling and no scabbing at all. I was truly shocked at how smooth the recovery was compared to my past experience. I’m beyond thankful for Renew and Alene. They are honestly the only place I’ve found between the Bay Area and LA that treats my specific birthmark, and I feel so grateful to be in such capable and caring hands. Highly, highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about Alene and her wonderful team. I have become a loyal customer and wouldn’t think of going elsewhere thanks to Alene’s conservative and immensely caring approach. She listens to my concerns and helps find a solution to my needs and I have come to trust her implicitly. I’ve done Botox, fillers, PRF, and micro needling. I am consistently pleased with my results and I value her expertise. She always makes me feel valued and takes time to answer questions, but never rushes through the treatment. The environment is warm and inviting and I always feel welcomed as soon as I walk through the door. This is often not the case with other medical spas. Denae, Christina, and Bree are professional and caring. Finding Renew in 2025 was one of the best things I could do for myself. I would highly recommend for all skin needs.

Alene is the absolute best! Not only does she take the time to talk about what you want out of your treatment but she also makes incredible suggestions that I never would’ve thought of! Also the front staff is so welcoming and kind. They treat you like you are a part of their family instead of just another customer. 10/10 recommend

I have been going to Denae for over 3 years, and I can honestly say she is the best esthetician I’ve ever been to. Her treatments are incredibly relaxing and have completely transformed my skin, it’s clearer, smoother, and truly radiant. I first met Denae through her mom Alene, who is equally skilled and provides outstanding Botox and facial injections. After being so impressed with her mother’s work, I decided to see Denae, and I’m so glad I did. Together, they provide an exceptional level of care and professionalism. What stands out most about Denae is her attention to detail and genuine concern. She follows up with me after the slightest invasive treatments, personalizes each session to my skin’s needs, and creates such a peaceful environment that every visit feels like therapy for both my skin and mind. Even if I didn’t care about skincare, I’d still go just for my mental health. I can’t recommend her enough she’s simply the best in her field.

Alene has completely changed my skin with the Pico laser. Her expertise in treating melasma and anti-aging is expansive and she even added her red light therapy bed after my last treatment and it cut my downtime in half! She is incredible!!!
