Dermatology Surgical Medical: Klein G Bradford MD

I wouldn’t recommend this place as I went there in October 2024 for rashes and redness on my skin. The referred Doctor who was in-charge dragged the situation for more than 9 months along with multiple visits. He gave me some useless creams and some tablets which triggered some more intense rashes and redness on my skin and the condition got worse day after day. I had to consult a different dermatologist to get my skin condition better. Moreover, the front office people are irresponsible and rude, they don’t even know who is waiting in the reception to see the doctor.

My daughter went to see Dr. Klein Bradford for a rash on the side of her face. My one-star rating is because of how she was treated by Dr. Klein Bradford. He was very rude and arrogant towards my daughter for no reason. The staff were every offensive towards my daughter, whispering about her when she was in the office. Needless to say, she will never go back or will refer him to anyone that needs a Dermatologist. Here is a tip, Dr. Klein Bradford, when you are working with the public, everyone is to be treated equally with respect and kindness, no matter their race, gender, beliefs, nationality...etc. No one is better than the other, not even you that has MD, behind his name. Everyone is a customer(patients), your staff are customers(patients), and you are a customer. Maybe you should all take lessons from Dr. Snow and his staff.
