The man I spoke to on the phone to make the appointment was so friendly and made me feel comfortable. We just moved here and I have to get all new doctors so I was a little overwhelmed. His calm voice was very welcomed. At the appointment the staff was professional and attentive. Once I saw the doctor, I did feel a little rushed. I had more questions, but being my first time there, I chose to wait and ask at my next appointment. The office is beautiful and I think I made the right choice.

I have been a patient here since 2020. I’ve never had a problem until my recent experiences with what I feel are shady billing practices. My treatment has not changed, but my last two visits had an office visit charge added onto them. I had to call each time to argue my case to have it removed. Their reasoning for the first charge was that I asked an unrelated question to my current treatment, which was not true. They had no explanation for the second time it happened. While the charges got removed and I paid the statements, I canceled my upcoming appointment and will not be returning to this office. I do not feel comfortable walking in for an appointment and wondering if I will be billed correctly each time. Please make sure you check your billing statements carefully!

I see and really like Dr. Pettus, but the whole staff is stellar. From the professional and efficient front desk admin, to the friendly medical assistants and pharmacist, they’re all great at what they do and make my regular visits a breeze every time. They make me feel well cared for and I recommend them to anyone looking for a great dermatologist.

Every time I walk into advanced dermatology, they always greet me with a smile, And are very accommodating… Nancy the aesthetician is one of the best I’ve ever had She’s very professional, extremely thorough and my face glows each time after I see her for my facial . I look forward to my appointment every time as I really enjoy coming here.

Beautiful looking place inside. However, I’m a little irritated. Made a consult specifically for varicose vein treatment which I spoke to the receptionist about. Varicose veins, not spider veins. Before I made the appointment I asked if they treat varicose veins, he said yes ,which is why I made the appointment. Drove over an hour to get there only for them to tell me they only treat spider veins. Not happy with that.

Dr. Raskin’s Advanced dermatology is a dream to go to. The staff is extremely professional. No waiting time. They keep me posted on my appointments. I see Amanda in this office. She’s friendly, quick and efficient. I actually look forward to seeing her even though I know she’s gonna probably be freezing something off of me. Thanks for keeping me healthy! You have a patient for life.
