After a very short wait I was seen by Felipe who takes the time to ask questions and show genuine care for his patients. All of my questions were answered. Felipe is an excellent care provider, top notch.

I appreciate the honest openest of what the outcome of what is to come. I am happy with the office and the PA. It’s a little long wait to get an appointment. But I can only go to Upland.

I had an excellent appointment on Friday 7th with PA Robert Zapotosky. I appreciate him taking the time to explain to me everything I needed to know about my illness. The samples he gave me worked immediately! The entire office staff is very helpful pleasant and patient friendly… it’s a five star doctor office. Thanks to everyone that made my visit successful!!

Everyone, from the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor was amazing! I loved the experience!! Ebony was especially wonderful - she explained the procedure beforehand, giving me reassurance in what was about to happen and her smile lite up the room!

The receptionists were friendly, efficient and kind. The wait time for my appointment was brief. My nurse as the receptionists and also made me feel calm. My doctor arrived within minutes of the nurse that took all my information. My doctor very efficient and informative. He gave me his attention and did not tush me. A great overall experience.

Dr. Louis Pham is an amazing doctor! honestly one of the best I’ve ever worked with as a patient. He puts so much care and attention into my skin condition and always makes sure I understand everything that’s going on, down to every little detail. I really appreciate how thoughtful and reassuring he is throughout the whole process. His help and compassion mean a lot to me.
