Golden State Dermatology

I am a new patient and they got me in within few days. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful and you can tell they love their job. I barely got the paperwork done as new patient and I was already called to the back . Appt was quick and efficient.

My experience with the staff and Jordan was exceptional. Everyone genuinely cared about the patients. That was evident as I waited my turn to be seen and watched how people were handled either on the phone or at the desk. The medical assistant was very friendly and professional.....Jordan was thorough and took time to explain any concerns or questions I had.

Golden State Dermatology is awesome. The staff is helpful and friendly. Jordan takes his time to listen and thoroughly explains what, why and how in the care of my skin needs. He is knowledgeable, kind and goes the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Great, staff, great doctors and a great office of care!

The people at Golden State Dermatology in Turlock have always treated me with well. Over four or five years I believe I have been seen by the Physician’s Assistant Jordan every time for an annual skin check, plus one request to diagnose a spot I wanted checked and he’s always cordial and attentive. I have yet to have been examined by Dr. Jones and I’m sure Jordan has all the knowledge one needs to examine skin irregularities, but it does seem at this office that all annual checkups go through the Physicians Assistants.

Not sure if their patient database system is hacked or they are leaking data but 5 days after visiting for a checkup I got a scam phishing email with their name on it and bill due. I called and they said I didn't owe anything but now concerned with how this data is getting to scammers so quickly. Weird.

Staff is always helpful and pleasant. NP Jepson answers all my questions. While I was there, I forgot to mention I needed a refill on 2 of my meds, but NP Jepson remembered for me knowing I would run out shortly.

Excellent Staff!!! Very personable, yet professional. I’ve always been greeted with a smile and a very pleasant attitude. The same goes with Dr. He had a great personality and is very friendly and thorough with his exams as well as any procedure that one might encounter. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a "good, local, and experienced Dermatologist" "5 outta 5"!!!
