Dr Hu and her entire team provided me with top notch care. My procedure lasted over three hours with mostly down time waiting on lab results. While considerable waiting time I constantly felt I was being watched over. Someone popped in every 10 minutes or so to see if I needed anything. That was very comforting and reassuring. Great level of service.

This new experience was not what I had expected from hearing friends talk about their skin cancer removals. Dr. Hu and her staff were very warm, friendly and professional. When Dr Hu came into the room and looked at my skin cancer to be removed, she had completed the surgery before I even realized it had been done. I had to ask her if she actually did the surgery. She said yes and I was so shocked at how painless this whole surgery was. So overall i was very happy with Dr. Hu and her whole staff which made my skin cancer removal experience so easy and painless. Thank you Dr. Hu

Great staff, from scheduling to the surgeon. They expedited when needed and they go the extra mile. Mercy in scheduling was more than helpful and was great at follow up and taking the time when I needed it - very grateful to her. Dr. Hu’s skills were impressive and her helpers were great.

Dr Hu and her staff are very kind, professional, explained the procedure and encouraged questions. Waiting for results, the staff checked in several times to ask if I was ok. They made a scary surgery a lot more bearable. They were very thorough and explained after surgery directions and scheduled appts for follow up. My Mom was with me for moral support and that meant the world to me. It's important to have support.

I’ve been coming to SID for many years, because they’re SO kind and caring. Their manners are impeccable. Their skin care side is worth every penny, try the packages! I had a small cyst removed from my chest today. Dr Hu is just the best, period. I am so pleased for her that she’s got the recognition she deserves (see the plaque on the lobby wall). They are so efficient, I walked out with two ladies who arrived at the same time as me and all of us were done in an hour. I never thought I’d say a surgical procedure was great but……seriously they made sure I was fine every step of the way.
