Mountain View Dermatology and Aesthetics

Fantastic operation! I don't know that I've ever enjoyed having something removed from my back as I did today. The folks at the front desk rock, friendly, and they know their stuff. The Drs assistants were wonderful, I was immediately at ease. Dr. Epstein was knowledgeable, friendly, though, and again, put me at ease. My procedure involved removing a spot from my back, and it was completely painless. Dr. E, and Mountain View Dermatology: Slippery Pete APPROVED!! Thx guys!

My impression of the doctor was that he had made up his mind as to what the issue I was facing was before he even entered the room. He scarcely asked for any history surrounding the issue, and never asked for specific details or a list of things I had tried. Perhaps he thought it irrelevant but it did not feel thorough. His diagnosis does not make sense to me, and it felt like as I brought up more things I had tried to remedy the issue the more he had to stretch his logic to arrive at the same conclusion. Then there were other things, like as far as doctors offices go I have not been in many that seemed as uncleanly, I could hear the Dr (or staff or something) ordering food right outside the room I was in, and the office exteriors were poorly labeled and difficult to find. All of these are small things - negligible relative to quality of treatment but they add up. As for the followup, when the Dr says "we want to see you back in x days" and it says so on the chart, which you bring to the front desk like 5 feet away from him, it seems rude to just say no and leave but maybe that's just me. On a positive note, loved the guy at the front desk. And I was happier with the few things the PA contributed.

I have been going to Mountain View Aesthetics since 2018. Rochelle has performed all of my skincare procedures. She does such a thorough job. My skin has never looked better. She explains in detail the difference between all of the procedures they offer. I highly recommend Rochelle.

I absolutely love Dr Epstein and Shelly! You feel like part of the family when you are there. They explain everything in detail and make sure you understand exactly what you need to before any procedure. I will definitely be a long time customer.

I received a MiraDry treatment here and had a great experience. When setting up the appointment, they were very flexible in trying to squeeze me in. Everything was on time when I showed up and they took great care during the prep and procedure. The amount of follow up afterwards to make sure I was doing well and was satisfied was great!

What an amazing experience! I have suffered with psoriasis my entire life, I had almost given up all hope for relief then I found Dr. Epstein and his amazing staff.
