First of all, Dyson does not call you with skin cancer biopsy results. When you call for them, you are put through a phone tree, then told via a recording to leave your information and you will receive a call within 48 hours. Which in my case, three times, they failed to do. Why should one have to wait to get a call back with skin cancer results, only to be ghosted? Terrible, uncaring patient care from what is in my opinion a factory. I'm done with these people. Update: I called the office for the fourth time to get my biopsy results, and was able to get through to a person by using the "appointment" link. I explained that it had been four weeks, and I had heard nothing. I was put on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up and called again, for the fifth time. The phone person was rude, telling me that they were "very busy." After only two minutes on hold, she told me that my biopsy results from skin samples taken in three different places on my face were benign, and that they had left a message on my phone earlier in the day to that effect -- which was untrue. I have to wonder whether it was necessary to take these skin samples for biopsy in the first place.

I will be changing dermatologists. They have rescheduled my appointments a few times and then when I do have a skin concern, they can't see me for months. The person on the phone said I can call them every single day until my Dec appointment to see if there is a cancellation (I first contacted them in September with my concern). When I went to cancel my appointment after finding an alternative Dermatologist the person on the phone simply cancelled my appointment, did not ask if there was a concern and did not ask to reschedule. They are simply concerned about volume and not the actual patient.

I have seen Ashleigh Ledet for some time now and cannot recommend her too highly. She has thoughtfully and caringly helped me find ways to address some skin problems. Even more, she has always treated me with kindness and respect, creating a safe space in which to discuss my specific needs and challenges. I've worked with many medical providers in my life. Few have made me feel as safe, heard, and welcome as Ashleigh.

I was not very happy with my last visit for a full body check. The dr did not want me to say anything. She cut me off when I tried to point out an issue . Then told me she would find it. Im now going somewhere where else to have the issues dealt with. Not recommended.

Dr. Dyson is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and never rushed. She cares about her patients and gives ample time to address any questions. Her staff is also professional and polite, always attentive to patient needs. Can’t recommend them enough!

Easy enough to get an appointment. It’s impossible to see Dr. Dyson, but she has good PAs to do the body scans. They tend to take a lot of biopsies. Here is where they are not good - hearing back about biopsies. You never get follow up phone calls and they do not offer a patient portal where you can email your provider and easily get results. I have to call, leave a message and they never call back so I have to call again….it is pretty absurd. Considering I’ve had skin cancer, it’s imperative I get a follow up. My husband has had the same experience plus they did not call in his skin cancer cream medication to the pharmacy for weeks. He had to call multiple times. Seems Dr. Dyson would want to improve this patient experience considering how many patients her office has. Invest in a patient portal!

Terrible experience. My son's pediatrician sent them a referral a year go and I talked to them a couple of times on phone. I assume they knew that the patient is a kid. Today when we showed up, we were told that they cannot see him because he needs to go to a pediatric dermatologist. Can't they know it earlier from the referral or from the date of birth I provided about my son? We wasted a trip today. And they may still send us a bill. Never had such a ridiculous experience. Besides, I really confirm what others say about how long it took to get an appointment. It took us 6 months to finally get the appointment but one day before the appointment, they called to cancel it and rescheduled us to another one 6 months later. I really don't recommend this place.
