Total Dermatology-Trussville

My experience was amazing! The receptionist was very helpful and kind. Heidi is an exceptional PA who takes her time, listens attentively, and ensures her patients feel heard and understood. She reviews everything thoroughly and never rushes through appointments. Her professionalism, compassion, and thoroughness are unmatched. Her assistant was professional, friendly, and kind, creating a warm and welcoming environment from the moment I walked into the exam room.

This location is not kids friendly. The nurse JOJO, and Dr Heidi were very unprofessional. If you have medicade they look down on you! Not for Black People! Oh and let me say the only Awesome thing about this place was the receptionist. I think her name was Shawn( young black lady) even the person sitting next to her had a bad attitude. If her name is Shawn she needs a raise! Thanks

Did not have a long wait at all. Everyone was very friendly. Natalie is great. She has a wonderful personality. She is very direct and informative about what the situation it. Thanks Natalie

Everyone was fabulous. We had a wonder experience. The doctor and the assistant had great personalities and made us feel at ease. We will be back.

Everyone was so friendly and professional from phone contact,in office visit,and check out ! The facility was very clean also. My husband and I were both very pleased with our nursing care. We highly recommend Total Dermatology in Trussville!

Joy has been consistently rude and unprofessional during my interactions with her. Each time I call, she responds with an attitude that feels disrespectful. During my most recent call, she coughed directly into the phone, and after send my message over to the nurse, I said "thank you," at which point she disconnected the call without responding. This behavior is inappropriate and unprofessional.

Easy to make an appointment. Staff is super friendly and always do their best to accommodate my time. The only place I trust for my skin care. I was seen by Heidi and she is truly the best. She listened to my concerns and explained it a way that was very easy to understand.
