If i could leave 0 starts, I would. This is my 1st review on Google bc this was so traumatic. Saw this doctor for toe fungus, and he ended up removing 1/4 of my toe, without any indication of what to expect, resulting in a visit to URGENT CARE for excess bleeding and extreme pain. This was a terrible experience from start to finish. First, this doc ripped me off by charging me for a 5min virtual visit, just to tell me I needed to see him in person. Then, he performed a biopsy on my skin without explaining anything about the procedure or what to expect. About 1/2 of my toe was left once the procedure was done, and I had no idea. He was too busy or careless to provide me with any post-procedure plans, so I ended up in urgent care due to terrible foot pain, and I couldn't walk for about 10 days (without pain).

Terrible experience with my lady waited well over an hour after scheduled appointment time for a 5 minute procedure which didn’t even use any numbing cream just a very ruff overall experience and also showed us empty bottle of Botox with needle already full could be anything just didn’t seem professional from a dr of dermatology and the staff was at the same level with no knowledge of how long we were waiting which was her only job

Dr Cole was very present and explained full procedure to me before moving forward. Very kind and caring office help. I have no reason not to go back to him if needed and I recommend him. S. Freeman

Staff is nice and they do a fine job but the wait time is way too long. Was never seen til after 30minutes to an hour for 2 different appointments

The dr there hes not professional at all and the product not good
