He is very approachable, has years of experience & knowledge, and specializes in aesthetic details for each procedure. The staff is always prompt and friendly. They make you feel comfortable, like family. Always willing to answer any questions and help provide a relaxing environment.

The office staff and medical personnel are all welcoming and friendly. Dr. Small is very competent and not at all intimidating. My visits to the office were most pleasant and accomplished the minor procedure I needed done.

I recently had my breast augmentation replaced by Dr. Small. Dr. Small & staff are very patient & professional people. It was done at Community Hospital in Tom’s River. The staff there is friendly, helpful and can’t do enough to make you feel comfortable. I’m very happy with how my results. Horrible would not recommend! I received some Botox on my forehead and around my upper lip. It did nothing! It actually ruined the shape of my left eyebrow. Never going there again
