Today was my first visit at Dr. Ma's office. Everyone there was so nice and pleasant. Dr. Ma was amazing. She took her time with me, I felt listened to and not rushed. I will definitely be going back. I highly recommend her!!

I love this office, but Dr Ma is a special person! She’s friendly, smart and answers all my questions. I never wait more than 10 mins- and this tells you how well the office is run!

Quick, efficient, and effective. Dr Ma seems to freeze precancerous tissue slightly longer than other Dermatologists I have been to. This treatment appears to be provide improved results for me.

Dr. Ma and her staff are friendly and courteous. Gave accurate diagnosis and proper treatment that didn't require a follow-up visit. If I have other problems in the future, she is definitely my go to!

Very disorganized office staff. I haven’t been a patient since August 2024, yet today I received a text stating I owed a $5 balance—with no explanation of what it was for or when it was from. I checked my previous messages from this office, and the only other billing-related text was from May 2024, which I paid in full. If this balance was from an August appointment, why am I only being notified more than a year later? I’m more than willing to pay any bill I legitimately owe, but not when it’s brought to my attention this far after the fact. My husband and I actually left this practice because of issues like this. Every visit, our copay mysteriously changed despite having the same insurance and clearly listed copay amounts on our cards. When I called for clarification today, I couldn’t get through to billing. The scheduling staff told me they were overwhelmed with calls because the office had just sent out texts to everyone who ever owed under $10—and apparently they previously had no system in place to notify patients about these small balances. When billing called me back, I was told the $5 was for a copay (again, why am I not consistently being charged what my insurance card states at the time of the visit?). They couldn’t explain why the system handled balances under $10 this way, despite being the billing department. I was told they could mail me an itemized bill. It feels like a last-minute attempt to collect some extra cash before the holidays. It’s not about the $5—it’s about the poor communication, inconsistent charges, and disorganized billing practices. Very unprofessional and part of why we stopped going here.

Dr Ma was great! Very nice… I thought the exam room could be cleaner. There was something spilled in several areas of the floor and I need to have shoes and socks off. Was unpleasant looking!

I’ve known Dr Ma for years now and she is a kind and very thorough Doctor. I have sent family members and friends to her and everyone says the same thing. I highly recommend her. You will be very happy.
