I had my first skin exam today. Dr. Jennifer Buffard and Nurse Sylvia made me feel very comfortable and were super informative. You can tell Dr. Buffard is truly passionate about her work, which was refreshing to see. The whole staff was great, and the check-in and check-out process was easy and efficient.

Dr Shook & his assistant, Debbie, were AWESOME! My Mohs procedure turned out being more complicated than he expected, and lasted about 3 hrs. I enjoyed my time there, as much as was possible. Highly recommend Dr Shook and his staff!

Jessica Rushing, NP, is the best! Both my husband and I see her, and she is VERY thorough, and listens with a kind ear! Great office staff too!

I’m not a fan of being preached to. In the waiting room, the whole time I’m there I must listen to praise music. It’s fine to practice worship if that’s your thing but don’t push it onto people who are there for dermatological needs.

We’ve visited the office multiple times for yearly check ups and recently Dr Norris and Tammy R performed a Mohs procedure on my husbands ear. The care was great and the atmosphere puts you at ease. The staff is fantastic from check in to check out. We live in South East Texas. We drive almost 2 hours one way to visit this group because of the quality of the care. We highly recommend!

Had a great experience with my Mohs surgery. Dr Shook and staff were great in explaining g the process, and recovery. He even tried to stitch my arm as to leave minimal damage on my tattoo. If you need them, I would recommend this company.
