I had lip asymmetry and other concerns. Lauren filled my lips, and the experience was painless, which is unheard of, for me at least. Lauren was professional and knowledgeable about techniques and placement. I highly recommend Radiance to anyone seeking a great price, safe service, and specific results.

As I walked in, there it was… "Welcome Brenda" and a glass of champagne… but, more importantly, Monica and the staff were amazing. Friendly, professional, respectful, knowledgeable, kind, courteous, informative and overall great energy. Monica took the time to explain the products, process and procedures as well as answer all of my questions. There was no rushing me, no burn and churn. A relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. It was a great experience from the moment I arrived until the moment I left.

This spa is absolutely amazing! Keegan really too the time to educate me on options. I never felt pressured or like I was a "transaction". You can tell they really care about their patients and love what they do. Everyone from the front desk staff to the nurses who helped get me in the room was friendly . I can’t recommend them enough. They made a long term customer out of me!

I went to Radiance a couple of years ago and absolutely loved their services!! Val was amazing and very professional! A beautiful office with beautiful and caring people!! I returned back and I had the same great customer service from the front desk and Ashley! They are very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Highly recommended! I just had a wonderful diamond glow facial and massage! Heidi was so knowledgeable about the products. Heidi has such a sweet and caring personality! She took care of me and my facial needs. I had the Halo done today by Ashley and it was GREAT! I had previously done the halo a few years ago at a different facility and let me just tell you it was day and night difference being at Radiance. They take special measures to ensure you have a good experience. She had the room extra cold. They have an attachment that attaches to the halo itself so while they are doing your face the attachment is blowing cold air on your face. All this is done while Ahsley is putting cold compresses on the sections of your face as each area is done with the laser. At the end there is a heavenly hose that blows purified air and you can just put that all over your face and it feels great. I love Radiance. I’ve been going there for many years! Highly recommend the halo.
