Great service today, Ryan Patterson DCNP, was kind and efficient with my bx on my right foot. Autumn, his assistant, was very helpful and polite with a lot of personality. Ryan made my experience great! I was a walk in client and I didn't have to wait very long at all. Front staff was awesome. I would recommend Biltmore dermatology to anyone with issues.
I recently started going to this office and the only problem I have is that I didn't start going sooner. They even offer walk in appointments which is nice not having to wait months to get into an appointment as that has been my experience with 3 other facilities over the years. I haven't waited more than 5-10 minutes before being called back and then they don't just leave you in your room for long periods of time. They come in quickly to address your issue. They have all been very friendly and make you feel comfortable. I have many skin issues(medical and cosmetic) and I will definitely be making Biltmore my permanent Dermatologist. Thanks Biltmore for making all my appointments quick and painless as possible.
I took my daughter and it was very nice from the greeting to when we were leaving. Everyone was very helpful. We didn’t have much of a wait and then we were in and out. The were also helpful with getting us the products that were prescribed.
A very friendly office and Dr. But for the love of God do something about that door that slams nonstop. All I heard in the waiting room non stop was doors slamming. Other than that beautiful office and will go again.
It's been an asset to the Wabash Valley to have Biltmore Dermatology in our area. The care my husband's had so far during radiation treatment has been exceptional, from the medical team to the front desk staff. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs a timely appointment, rather than waiting for weeks or months to see a private practice Dermatologist. Thank-you, Biltmore!
You can leave 3 voicemails with office manager and no one returns your call. I have never in my life seen another medical office charge $20 as a 30 day late fee. Will be finding another office that communicates properly. Reply: If someone calls you and leaves you 3 voicemails and you refuse to return their call tells me everything I need to know about this practice. I spoke to your 3rd party billing company and they referred me to your office manager. This was the first bill/first visit and all I wanted was a chance to explain that we never received the first bill, you cannot prove that we did. As soon as we received the 2nd bill it was paid right away (not the late fee), but your refusal to speak with your clients again speaks volumes, future patients beware you are just a dollar sign.
[ATTN: Biltmore Derm—I'm not paying another cent for this ineffective treatment. I'm filing a complaint with the Indiana AG Consumer Protection Division over the deceptive practices and violations here. Stop the bills!] My experience with this "Truck Stop Derm" has been a complete nightmare. I specifically requested an appointment with a dermatologist, but no one corrected me—I was seen by an NP for <5 minutes with no disclosure of any supervising physician, despite Indiana law requiring collaborative agreements and transparency. I was cash-pay and asked for an estimate upfront—denied. The bizarre "insurance fee + treatment cost" model was never explained, leading to gross overcharging: $207.34 for an ineffective intralesional steroid injection that did NOTHING. Most alarmingly, after the NP's brief exam, she left, and an unnamed person that was in street clothes performed the entire injection alone—no supervision, no introduction, no consent. Apparently this was a medical assistant? They have people treating patients alone that have only obtained a certificate. This violates Indiana scope-of-practice and informed-consent rules for invasive procedures. I’m not surprised the treatment failed completely. Compare this to a board-certified NYC dermatologist charging $150 for the same shot done personally, this NP-led clinic in Vincennes is outrageously priced, unprofessional, and unethical. Zero accountability. I emailed and sent a certified detailed complaint—NO RESPONSE. Yet they keep sending bills, piling with interest! Avoid this place—save your time, money, and dignity.
