Pacific Dermatology Institute

The staff was overly friendly and happy to be at the office. My greeting was exceptionally friendly. The office was in very clean and attractive. Felt more like a living room than a reception room. My only two issues were the exam room one was worn paint on the wall opposite the door. Also the HVAC vent in the waiting room needs cleaning and painting. The receptionist had given the pharmacy my wrong address so I changed it at the pharmacy. Looking forward to my next visit. All the Very Best, Todd Joseph

Both times I visited, I was seen within minutes of checking in, which is almost unheard of these days! I came in to address brown spots that had started appearing on my face, and the physician I saw was top-notch knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely caring. During my follow-up visit, I was shown before-and-after photos from my first appointment, and I was blown away by the difference. I was so impressed with Pacific Dermatology in Temecula for several reasons. First of all almost no waiting time at all before I was called in, and totally polite accommodating staff members assistant in every way. When I was taken into the office inside I don't think there was a two minute wait before the doctor arrived and quickly dealt with my concerns! I was so happy also with the fact that there was a lovely restroom very close by with everything equipped and everything clean. I highly recommend Pacific Dermatology and Greg Davidson!

The Pacific Dermatology Institute patient platform made preparing for my initial appointment seamless and stress-free. Dr. K and the entire staff were polite, professional, and attentive from start to finish. The front office was especially helpful in assisting with the prompt renewal of my prescription. I truly appreciate the efficiency and care I experienced and look forward to continuing my treatment at this facility.

Super great staff! Front staff was extremely friendly and welcoming and the nurses and Dr. were both so nice and informative. Definitely felt like I was able to have the time I needed and a thorough exam. It was also very reassuring because my last dermatologist said one of the spots on my face was nothing to worry about (which was my main reason for the visit). During this visit, the Dr. (before I even had the chance to voice any concerns) froze that specific spot, saying it was precancerous so better to be safe than sorry. I'm always so extremely grateful when I encounter great physician's because it's definitely not every experience. Thank you, Pacific Dermatology!
