From the moment you walk through the doors, the experience is incredibly welcoming, and the ambiance is very relaxing. The staff is wonderful, and the overall experience is an absolute delight. I visited multiple Dr's, to get quotes for my vaginoplasty and labiaplasty, and this office is by far the most affordable for Cosmetic Surgeries. Dr. Evans is extremely caring and took the time to listen to all of my concerns, which made me feel truly comfortable and heard. I Am so in LOVE with my new Vagina totally recommend!

Dr. Evans is the kindest person ever. I saw her today for the first time and she was welcoming and patient. She explained everything so well. I highly recommend her to anyone considering any of the services she offers. I will be going back for sure.

Dr. Evans, Dr. Patel and her staff are absolutely five stars. They’re professional, caring, and really make you feel comfortable. The Emsella and O-Shot treatments have made such a difference for my feminine wellness, improving tone, confidence, and overall vitality. They’re also great for pelvic health and prevention. I’m so glad I found this office and highly recommend them to anyone wanting to feel their best.

I scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance for an implant removal and replacement. When I arrived for my appointment today, the staff appeared unprepared and unaware of the reason for my visit. Due to the appointment not being documented correctly, the office was only able to perform a partial service. With the ultrasound technician unavailable, I must now schedule a second visit to complete the procedure, causing me to either forfeit more PTO or lose additional income. To add to the frustration, staff gave inconsistent explanations about the ultrasound technician’s availability. One person stated she would be gone for two weeks, while another claimed she had just left. As this is a gynecology practice, I was surprised to learn that the physician was unable to perform the procedure without the ultrasound technician present. What was most disappointing is that the physician did not come to speak with me at all regarding the scheduling error or the disruption to my care. This lack of communication felt dismissive and unprofessional. It is also worth mentioning that this was not my first negative experience at this office. On my initial visit, I waited over an hour past my appointment time before the doctor finally saw me. Both my partner and I took time away from work to be present for today’s appointment, resulting in lost wages and PTO I have set aside for important matters that can only be handled during business hours for myself and children. Now I am faced with the inconvenience of scheduling yet another appointment due to no fault of my own. Unfortunately, my experiences have led me to conclude that this office is disorganized and lacks proper regard for patients’ time and commitments. I would not recommend this establishment, nor will I be returning.

This review is a little late, but Dr. Evan’s is quite possibly one of the best most thorough and caring doctors I have met. I work in the medical field and can confidently say she is top tier! Absolutely amazing team and I would recommend them to anyone!

This was my new patient visit and I enjoyed the experience from the front door to the doctor. Everyone was nice, accommodating, and knowledgeable on their roles in my experience. I felt very comfortable addressing my needs with the doctor and she absolutely knew exactly how to answer my questions or concerns. It was a great experience and I love how welcoming the whole staff was to my first time visit. I highly recommend.
