I was diagnosed with Rosacea about 5 years ago by a dermatologist. Unfortunately, the treatment prescribed—Rhofade—was not covered by my insurance at the time, and I simply couldn’t afford it. What was even more frustrating was that no alternative options were offered, and the doctor didn’t seem to care about my concerns. Hoping for a better experience, I visited a second dermatologist shortly after, but that visit was even more disappointing. The doctor had no bedside manner, didn’t answer any of my questions, and barely spent 5 minutes with me. Feeling frustrated and unheard after 2 discouraging experiences, I gave up. I accepted the fact that I would have to live with flare-ups and the self-consciousness that came with them. Recently, my Rosacea flared up so badly that I had no choice but to try once more. This time, I did thorough research and came across PA Laura Nguyen. I scheduled an appointment and am so glad I did. My appointment was this morning, and it was the first truly positive experience I’ve had with a dermatology professional. Laura took her time, answered every question I had, and most importantly, made me feel heard and understood. She was compassionate, knowledgeable, and did not rush me at all. The assistant who took my history was also very polite and kind, which added to the overall positive atmosphere. Laura and I created a plan to address my flare-ups, and she offered several treatment alternatives, all while being completely transparent about costs. When I asked about laser therapy, she gave me her honest opinion about her expertise and referred me to a doctor who specializes in that treatment. I deeply appreciated her honesty and willingness to help. For the first time in years, I feel hopeful that I can manage my Rosacea. I highly recommend Laura Nguyen, and I’m genuinely looking forward to my follow-up appointment in a few months.

The staff is super nice, easy to book an appointment and the entire staff was friendly and helpful. I was in the examining room at my appointment time and promptly seen by the nurse then the doctor. She listened to all my questions and I didn't feel rushed. I've been going to this facility for a few years now and I would recommend them.
