My wife was very concerned about a spot on her scalp that wasn't healing. She was referred to Dr. Rick Ramagossa. He took immediate action and did the biopsy and surgery within days. He is one of the most caring, friendly and personable Drs we've ever met. Very high end office and his staff are all 5 stars. So 8 stitches later, almost no scar or hairloss. Exceptional service. Happy wife happy life.

I was treated very nice, wonderful staff. My first time today with bad psoriasis flare up. The NP was very nice until I said. I know what works for me since I have had psoriasis since 1996. When a patient says they know their body or challenges a treatment, some providers take it personally — as if their medical knowledge is being questioned. Instead of seeing a partner in care, they may (wrongly) see a "difficult" patient. Open-minded doctors who respect a patient’s intuition and preferences. Finding one who says, "Let’s figure this out together," instead of "Just take what I tell you, "Can make a world of difference. I will be going back in a month. Hopefully I will be a lot better.

I absolutely love this dermatology office—especially Sara Parks! From booking the appointment to check-in and checkout, everything is completely seamless and stress-free. She is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, and truly helps me keep my skin looking youthful, healthy, and glowing. I always feel confident and well cared for. Highly recommend!

I was at ROMAGOSA BARRON DERMATOLOGY on 10/20/2025 (not my first visit by the way) to have MOHS SURGERY. This was my third MOHS SURGERY performed by the highly qualified surgeon Dr. YVONNE ROMAGOSA. As scary as surgery can be, Dr. YVONNE & her staff ( EMMALEE & ARIYANNA to name a few) completely put you at ease. They do everything they can to make you feel comfortable. The big plus is that everything is explained to you prior to them doing anything, including the numbing injection. One P.A. in particular is Rachel Sobeck; she does an excellent job of fully examining you. If there’s something there, she will find it & treat it. If you’re looking for a competent, caring Dermatology practice, you won’t be disappointed.

What a wonderful office and staff! Both of my daughters go here and we have always been treated so nice. My oldest sees Madison and my younger sees Sarah. Both of these ladies are professional, kind, and patient with them and we could not have found a better practice to bring them to.

I’m 73 years old and I’ve been treated by many doctors over my life and I can say unequivocally that Dr Romagosa is the finest doctor I’ve ever had. He’s the best and that extends to the entire office clerical and professional staff. From the moment you walk up to the reception desk to the time you check out you’re treated with respect and courtesy. I thank God that this man is my doctor.
