Kerry Shaughnessy comes into the exam room with a smile on her face and a warm hello. I am immediately at ease like I'm visiting a friend. Today I was apprehensive about a new reddish bump on my cheek. Dr S immediately checked it out, explained she wanted a biopsy of it, kept my attention as she worked on my face and before I knew it I was ready to leave. She's the best!!
