The nurses are absolutely amazing so knowledgeable, gentle, and attentive. You can really tell they care about their clients and love what they do. Although I work here, I’ve also experienced these treatments firsthand and Clear + Brilliant has truly been life changing for me. I’ve also treated with Voluma to restore volume in my cheeks and completed full face Xeomin treatments, and the results have been incredible. Jessica was my injector, and Lisel and Mira were my treatment clinicians for Hydrafacials and Clear + Brilliant. I couldn’t recommend these amazing nurses more. I wanted to take a moment to share feedback regarding my recent experience at your location, as I believe constructive input can be valuable in enhancing client care. From the initial appointment scheduling through to the CoolSculpting session, my overall experience was unfortunately not in line with the standards I've come to expect from a medical spa setting. My first concern relates to the interaction I had with the receptionist, who came across as dismissive and condescending. This initial encounter set an unfortunate tone. I did follow up with Maureen via email, and I appreciated her acknowledgment that this behavior did not meet the organization's standards. Upon arriving for my appointment, I was greeted by Maureen, whose approach—while perhaps intended to be warm-felt somewhat patronizing in the context of our prior correspondence. During our conversation, I also experienced continued pressure to consider additional treatments and services. While I understand that suggestions are often part of a client consultation, the approach felt overly assertive, particularly as I had not requested a comprehensive beauty plan. In my experience, personalized treatment discussions are most effective when initiated by the client or handled with greater subtlety. Regarding the CoolSculpting session itself, I believe the procedure could have been significantly improved with more attention to client comfort. The positioning required was physically taxing, especially given the duration and lack of proper support, compounded by the room's low temperature. In summary, while I recognize the potential of this location, my experience suggests there are several areas—particularly around client communication and procedural comfort-that could benefit from refinement. Unfortunately, based on this visit, I do not plan to return.

I had a wonderful first experience getting laser hair removal. Everyone was very friendly. When I first arrived I was given a tour of the space. There was coffee available, and a clean bathroom. Thank you to Gelmira NP. She took her time and thoroughly explained everything to me. I look forward to coming back 😊
